Reply from Tenn-Outlet
Hi Mr Powell-Wilde
Firstly, thank you again for your order from us and our apologies for you not yet having received your items. I have checked the postal files for the day after you ordered (April 3rd) and I can confirm that both items were shipped that day using the Royal Mail 48 standard service. Please understand that we ship many hundreds of items every day and that this sort of thing is extremely rare – and, of course we never know when something hasn’t arrived. We will refund you immediately and send you replacement items today. Sorry again for any inconvenience. Feeney
No complaints at all
Received nice looking bib shorts, fits well according to the size chart, look forward to trying it tomorrow and probably order more stuff as the gear looks great

I accidentally ordered a product
I accidentally ordered a product. I immediately attempted to stop the order with an email to customer service. Tenn sent the product anyway which means that I will be returning and NEVER be ordering from this company again.

Excellent retailer
Excellent retailer, customer service is one of the best I have ever come across. They sell really great gear, some of it is just as good as paying three times the price. Highly recommend

Flawless transaction, but not real winter gloves
All fine, got the gloves I'd order very fast, but promoted as "winter gloves" they would only fine for german spring and autum, way to cold for real winter days.
