Tenn-Outlet

Good quality items at a reasonable price would shop with them again.

Good sizing, maybe a little sizing problem on shorts.

Would highly recommend them, one product i bought was awesome but had a small issue, Tenn went above and beyond to help resolve the issue, i've since bought more of their stuff and it's also been really good, it's priced really well for how good it is. Excellent products and flawless customer service. Stuff is always sent really fast too!

I ordered a bike for my daughter's birthday - showing as in stock. I got an email a day later saying it was on its way. then nothing. When I chased (by which time the birthday had come and gone, I was told they didn't have the item and never had it. Having queried it I was offered a "similar" item which was similar only to the extent it was a bicycle and had two wheels. They did in fairness offer a refund as an alternative and have now refunded me but that doesn't get them off the hook for the original misrepresentations which resulted in one very disappointed daughter.

Excellent service! Thank you!

I ordered a puncture repair kit, it was exactly the same as advertised and arrived 48hrs after my order was placed. Faultless service

Quality stuff, at great prices, efficiently delivered. Thanks! Will use in future regularly

Don’t normally do reviews but........
Saw the Clothing on another cyclist - just what I have been looking for.
Nearly blew a lung catching up but he rated Tenn and their products as amazing. Followed it up and yep - amazing service and the product is up there too. No complaints and highly recommended.

Excellent value and speed of service as usual.

Really nice gear and good offers. orders are delivered quickly and returns is hassle free using the postage paid slip.

Quality products at a value price. Excellent dervice.

I have a number of Tenn items and found them as good quality as the top end quality but at a fair price. It is usually the first brand I search for as I know I will get a good product. On this occasion I bought a bottle cage, incredibly light and strong. Easy to order from their website and delivery was quite quick.

Fast and efficient service, 2nd class delivery here within 2 days, excellent, many thanks Tenn

I am reviewing the service and have not tested the product yet. Delivery within 4 days of order all neatly packed. Fair do’s in my book!

No problems with my shopping experience here.

I purchase some cycling shorts which were reasonably priced because direct from Tenn-Outlet. Correct size delivered, although they look way too small. Trying them on however they fit just about okay, so that's all good.

Havent worn the shorts yet for a ride, but I reckon they'll be fine.

Nice and fast delivery and great shorts for a bargain price.

I discovered what I'd been searching for on the internet at Tenn Outlet and I'm so glad I didn't jump at the first offer I'd seen before that. The item I ordered was cheaper than anywhere else and it arrived extremely quickly after ordering, and superbly packaged. Ten out of ten for Tenn Outlet from me!
