Great jacket fits well. Gloves bought for me meduim when i got them said tbey were ladies XL. The sizing could have been clearer as i thought I was buying ladies gloves not unisex. So a bit disappointed in gloves that are too big.

Fast delivery, great value and the cycling trousers I bought we're sized brilliantly- I'm an overweight bloke used to cycling stuff being tiny, 34 inch waist and the medium 32-34 we're spot on!

I would leave 5 stars, except that means "no reservations". I have no complaints about the purchase and delivery service, or the quality of the product. But I was slightly disappointed that the leg length of the bib shorts I purchased (Viper+ Mens Cycling Bib Shorts) was considerably shorter than the previous (SS15?) pair I bought. There doesn't seem to be any way to determine this from the website.

Very well designed, comfortable and warm. Just used in a shower so far but no concerns. Seem very reflective. Excellent value. Would recommend.

I have purchased several pieces of kit, mostly bad weather gear, from Tenn Outdoors and it all lives up to the descriptions and functions brilliantly. The only friction I have experienced with Tenn was when they sent me, a 59 year old male, an advert suggesting that I could 'look this good' above a picture of young woman, dressed in pink and black Lycra road gear! I think that if they really knew me as a customer, they would know that I am well past any chance of looking that good, ever again!

Good product and delivered quickly

I bought a pair of small bib shorts, 30-32" waist. This is definitely my waist size. Maybe I have exceptionally developed quads/thighs, but the cut was far too tight so have returned in exchange for medium - i hope these fit better!

Tenn very promptly exchanged my smalls for mediums. The fit on the mediums is so much better. However having worn the medium twice I don't think Tenn have got the cut right on the sizing for this material. I'd say I have quite well developed thighs for my height, however the grippers on these just don't do their job for me and the shorts ride up my leg. The plus is that on a sunny day I get more of a tan!
Nonetheless the slipping can be annoying. Were Tenn to rename these Viper Bib shorts a more appropriate name might be Riders!

Purchase and transactions went smoothly. My only gripe is that the day after I received my goods they were reduced! Why not say that to me at time of purchase or give me a refund on the difference? That would make me much more likely to spend my pounds at Tenns!!

What a pleasant surprise, when I opened the package and saw the high quality shirt, to be honest I was expecting lesser quality for what the shirt cost, then putting the cycling shirt on, and cycling in it was fantastic it everything and more in what I was looking for.
Bottom line - Fantastic shirt for a Fantastic price - I will be buying more
