Ordered £140 of tennis shoes and then had to pay £70 duty and fees.
The warning on the checkout just says some duty may be charged but this is an excessive extra charge.
Beware if you are ordering from the UK, you will not get value for money. Avoid ordering from here.

We entirely understand your frustration at these circumstances and we sincerely apologise that a tariff has to be added to the cost of your order.
This change in policy is unfortunately the result of Brexit, where the UK has left the EU. A tariff or customs duty must be placed on all parcels being shipped between the UK and EU-member states. This new trade system has been in effect since the 1st of January 2021, and for this reason we placed warnings in the checkout at the end of December for all customers who choose 'United Kingdom' as the country of destination while placing their order. The warning states that we are based in the Netherlands and that an import fee will be levied on all parcels shipped to the UK.
Unfortunately we are unable to waive or change the import fee, as this is out of our control. Our apologies that we cannot do more for you.

I have received my shorts and I am happy about the product. Delivery was very quick and now I can wear my shorts when I go and play tennis. I will definitely buy more products as this was my first time.

Disappointed with the seller
I ordered a tennis racket with a stringing service but it arrived with a string broken, I asked many times for reimbursement for the string + re stringing without any luck. despite several messages there were no resolutions achieved. I will not buy from this seller again and would not recommend to any of my friends

Socks for Christmas...don't get bitten
The image for the product (Lacoste sock) shows 3 pairs which I thought I was buying. I didn't read the description throughly which states one pair. I was lead by my eyes and the image of the 3 pairs of socks for £15.90 including p&p, therefore the mistake was partly my fault. I do feel it should state more clearly that it's only 1 pair of socks for the price quoted. I used the Google search engine to look for the socks in the shopping section which brought up the image of the 3 pairs of socks and the price, therefore I just clicked and bought the item. I thought I was getting great value for money but it turns out I wasn't. Never mind I will be more vigilant next time. Merry Christmas.

I was looking for the racket everywhere. Lockal stores in athens, greece and the two main websites I use for buying tennis products, tenniswarehouse and tennispro.
I never thought I would get the chance for an online order from a UK store which would ship to Greece.
I have to say that I paid more for the racket than the current market price, but availability for me at this moment was more important than price

good product, very expensive though. I thought the price was for a dozen balls when in fact it was for 4 balls. I returned the balls and purchased from another online retailer at the same price but for a dozen balls, not 4, and the same volume, 12 dozen
Just received a good reply from Tennis Planet. Apity they did not offer to price match at the time as would have saved returning the goods however all confidence restored and I will use again. Thank you Tennis Planet

Terrible service
Delivery of my order keeps getting delayed and I have to keep chasing customer support to find out what's going on with it.
Supply issues due to COVID-19 are understandable but the website should update its expected delivery times on orders and/or make it clear if products are in stock. Customers should be told if there are delays to their order without having to chase.

Fantastic products and services!!
I brought a locoste tracksuit and it arrived very quickly despite of the virus!
I also had to email the customer service team a couple of times and they responded immediately and solved my issue/answered my questions with no problems.

The trainers were exactly as advertised and my daughter was delighted with them. They were delivered quickly and in exactly the timescale that was displayed on the website. Delivery was free (with minimum spend - which just meant I had to buy an extra tube of balls - and who doesn't always need more balls?)

No email received so had to cancel after nearly 2 weeks of ordering and I still had not even had an email to say it was being delivered. The product was obviously out of stock! Not impressed

Nice products but nightmare if you want to return anything
I have become frustrated in trying to return some items as the DPD label that was provided doesn’t work with scanners that have been tried at two service points.
I am now having to send back myself and will then be refunded.
I don’t have any complaints about the customer service as Lizzie has been very helpful but it has put me off dealing with them again.
