Selling tickets is in the DNA of our company. The passion for sport, with tennis in particular, was central to the establishment of Tennis Ticket Service. It all started in 2007 when the ‘event junkies’ behind the company visited a lot of tennis matches. Tickets became increasingly difficult to get, causing the idea to expand the network to a wider audience than friends and family only. This is how something that started as a way to visit the best events ourself, has grown to Tennis Ticket Service. The platform to help everyone get those hard to get tickets.

Customer service never replied

Zero customer service
I’ve been trying to contact them since november after I purchased the tickets for RG and I never got a response, even if they claim for 7/7 support . And still not sure if we will ever receive our tickets.

We were initially a bit concerned…

We were initially a bit concerned because the tickets arrived only three days before the event, but everything turned out perfectly. The tickets were excellent — we had seats in Row 10, Section K3, which is a very good place to sit for the Rolex Masters. We bought 4 tickets and all of them were great. Overall, a very positive experience with Tennis Ticket Services.

Is Tennis Ticket Service a scam?

We bought tickets for the Rolex Masters a YEAR ago, paid a premium price, and still haven’t received anything – no tickets, no clear update, nothing.

Event is days away and we have zero proof we’ll even get in. No phone support, barely any communication.

Avoid at all costs.

We understand that waiting for tickets close to an event can create uncertainty. However, we would like to clarify that your booking for the Monte-Carlo Masters was fully confirmed and successfully fulfilled.

As communicated during the booking process, tickets for this event are delivered close to the event date, in line with the agreed delivery window. This is standard practice in the international secondary ticket market due to final allocations and distribution processes.

We note that this review was posted shortly before the event, while delivery was still within the normal timeframe. In the meantime, the tickets have been sent and received, allowing attendance as planned.

We regret that the timing caused concern, but we remain committed to delivering all bookings as agreed and providing a reliable service to our customers.

wanted to cancel my order or get info about resale policy

I made a purchase and contacted the within 30 minutes to cancel or get help. Been waiting for several days to get a respons. Nothing yet so far. No phonenumber, no chat. Just emailadress which they dont even answer. I would at least expect some sort of honest answer, not just some standar crap that will maybe come. Finally got in touch. Promised that my tickets will be delivered asap. Lets see if they are serious.

Very disappointed in the seats

Very disappointed in the seats, which were purchased very early and as a special birthday pressie for a friend. While I got confirmation etc. did not get thetickets til 2 weeks before…. Only had day session but was unaware until well into the afternoon that we could also use these tickets for “other” courts!. No info on our tickets to this effect… heard it from my person sitting beside me…. Neither of us are into Phone Apps, and would have preferred “paper information sheet” with matches etc. it none available!….. the Qs for food were horrendous, and no where to sit comfortably to eat, so we did not buy!… they did not even serve coffee au lait, only espresso!,,,,…. Come on we are not in a third world country!!. So had one bottle Cocoa Cola for the whole day.
The venue was uneven, very dark stairwells, no hand rails and too far to the exits!… my apologies but you asked for my comments…..

It could be scammers

It could be scammers, I bought 5 tickets for RG 2025 and 2 of them had many problems to get in, QR code did not go thru and the 2 persons were into a office until they sign a document that stated that RG was not responsible for the sale of this tickets.
I bought 5 tickets at the price of almost 400 euros and the correct price was 45 euros.
watch out when buying from this people, this could be scammers as same RG officers stated.

Tickets were there very soon!

I bought tickets to Roland Garros 2025 just a day before the match. They appeared in my Roland Garros account within a few hours after purchase. At the entrance, I was asked to speak with customer support — I believe it’s a standard verification for tickets purchased by someone other than the attendee. After a brief conversation and some formalities, I was in.

Huge thanks to Tennis Ticket Service for helping make my dream come true!

Don't use these guys for the Australian Open

They had my money from April 2024 for the 2025 Australian Open. I expected them to have early access to good seats on the Rod Laver Arena, but all they did was buy tickets in January 2025 which I could buy myself online. The face value of the tickets is half the amount I paid them and they are the worst tickets in the arena - the very back row. I would not have chose to sit there. They don't care about where you sit, they just buy the cheapest tickets they can to maximise their profit. Very very disappointing. Even when I contacted them to make these points, they just make up some stuff about they are a secondary reseller and cannot control the tickets they get - complete nonsense. And clearly they are not interested in customer service or repeat business! Stay away from them!

An excellent website!!!

An excellent website. Buy my tickets for Roland Garros 2024. To watch the women's semifinals on June 6. The purchase was very easy, I was in contact with the agency by phone while I made the purchase, if I had any questions they resolved it patiently and kindly. I bought the tickets on April 23rd and they arrived on May 20th! 2 weeks before, which created a lot of relief and security. I had previously read that this page was not reliable and I was terrified that they would scam me but that was not the case, I understand that the website has changed owners and now works perfectly. When I bought the tickets I could only choose the ranking of the seats, but not the seats themselves. The agency chooses the seats for you. I was afraid that we wouldn't see anything but when we arrived at Roland Garros we were sitting in the middle of Philip Chatrier and we saw everything perfectly.

I would highly recommend this service…

I would highly recommend this service as Sarah was very responsive and always got back to me whenever I had any questions. Only negative is that the tickets are expensive. In the future, I plan to use Tennis Ticket Service again.

I can fully recommend the website and…

I can fully recommend the website and Sarah who was amazing support.

I went with them to recently finished French Open (GO IGA!).

It was my wife’s long wish and birthday gift.

All happened as was promised and we even got an upgrade!

They charge me 1.300 for a 140 euros tickets, which wasn’t even in the positioning they sell it for.

Don’t buy your tickets at this website, it’s a SCAM. I payed 1.300€ for a ticket when the real price here in Roland Garros is 180€!!! I’m desolated!

Not worth it!

I paid AUD700 for day 2 of Roland Garros. 2024. Got the information about my seats a few days before I left for Paris. The seats were high up with not so great view. The actual cost for those seats was only 60 euros! Not worth it!

Good customer Support

I booked two lower-tier tickets for Madrid. As we later saw, shorttime before event, the description at Ticket Service Site was wrong. Ticket Service replaced in short time the misbuyed tickets by the desired tickets. Very well supported process.

Communication would have been better if

Communication would have been better if they had a phone number present but Sarah is pretty solid on chat. Could be me but I prefer to speak someone on the phone, definitely with such pricy events.. nothing wrong with tickets, delivery a bit late but within the communicated period
