The day i visited my two daughters…
The day i visited my two daughters played a game of bowlimg after we finished our game we ordered food and we were waiting for a long time at our table and we were not given our food so we went up to the counter to ask what was taking g so long and when we asked he asked us we told him our table and he ignored us and continued to do what he was doing so then we went to the lady who was the manager and she went to the boys counter and gave us the receipt that they should.have gave to us in the first place and then after a small argument they told us to get out and gave us our pizza and personally I think that it is very bad customer service and really rude facial expressions

Its was super hot in there no AC. One of my pound coins fell behind the machine that gives you change. I went to go ask for assistance from one of the people that work there and he was very rude and was like no I cant help you you have to do it yourself.

we had a lovely experience at Tenpin Acton celebrating my daughter's birthday. The whole party was enjoyable and children had a fantastic time. The staff were friendly and helpful and everything was well organised. It was a great choice for a children's birthday party with plenty of fun and entertainment. My daughter and her friends really enjoyed themselves and we were very happy with how the day went. Thank you to the Tenpin Acton team for helping make her birthday special.

The burger was not tasty at all
The burger was not tasty at all. We couldn’t eat it, so we left it on the table. We felt like we wasted our money and were very disappointed with the food.

My daughter won a prize
My daughter won a prize, then accidentally left it unattended. It got stolen. The venue did very little to appease a crying child. That probably tells you what you need to know about the clientele.
The change machines sometimes worked and when they did, you were forced to take a load of 10p coins that were accepted in about 6 machines.
I felt uneasy and unsafe at this place.

All the staff were rude the light skin girl behind the counter got no customer service ordered a burger and chips was send a cheese burger. Ordered a drink she just left it on the bar and didn’t bring it over children under 9 were playing didn’t give us children balls and failed to put the sides up until I asked. Terrible service only person who was nice is the lady who brought my food out very disappointed the girl serving drinks would rather chit chat with her colleagues

Disappointment
My last three visits were fine, but I’ve had a couple of issues with the service.
On my first visit, my food took around an hour to arrive because no one seemed to be aware of my order. It was only prepared after I went to check on it myself.
On today’s visit, I left my almost-full beer on the table after only two sips. When I came back, my table had been cleared and the beer was gone. When I spoke to the manager, I found the response unprofessional and defensive. There was no apology and no replacement was offered.
I hope the team can improve their communication and customer service, and acknowledge when an error is made on their side.
