The visit was ok
The visit was ok. For the cost I expected better service. Staff chatting and I stood waiting for a couple of minutes before acknowledgment. Toilets were not at the level of cleanliness I would expect from tenpin.

The bowling its self was great, very disgruntled and dissatisfied with the way food was served. A party of 12, 6 adults, 6 juniors had cold, hard tasteless food served. Extremely soggy nachos. Unacceptable for £260 spent. I have sent a complaint to tenpin and have not had a reply as of yet

Great upgrade but still bad food
Great new layout. Much better than before. It definitely needed it.
Shame the food has had a rise in price and not a rise in food quality. Cheap food sold to you at a high price, minimal pizza toppings too,
Staff are slow
Make sure you register your car reg at the bar inside otherwise youll get a parking ticket.

bowling itself was really fun and the arcade is amazing. Only issue was the drinks i had at the bar. I ordered a couple drinks and the first cocktail, the server (who was so lovely) didn’t know how to make it and it didn’t taste that good. the second drink i had i ordered to the table, it tasted quite bad, it was a passion fruit martini and it was not good at all. This is not a reflection of the staff as they are so great and polite, i just believe they need more bar training on how to make drinks. Thank you for the wonderful experience though, i am excited to come back again.

I found going to tenpin a very good experience it was brilliant deals on which was brilliant for there price a very warm welcome from staff and security man by telling to register my car number plate otherwise I will get charged and very good tenpin give you 3hours free me and had great time bowling and atmosphere was fantastic and we return again very soon thank you Mr Austin

Great refurb and venue
