Staffs are friendly. However, its would have been much better if you added a little bit of brightness or light in the soft play for the children so enjoy more and see the surroundings properly.

New facilities, play areas are great! Toilets are 100% better than they were previously! The only thing I would say would be to offer alternative milk for tea/coffee! Not sure I could sink a cockt... See more

Looks a lot better than before but the negatives are that staff are very slow and look under staffed. We turned up to play at 7pm and we didn’t get to play till 7:30 due to multiple faults. Not being... See more

Prices are ridiculously high, the staff couldn't cope with the volume of customers and the food was burnt

Lovely to see the refurbishment completed and a great venue now for families and young people. We went on a very busy Easter holiday Tuesday and had a great time.

Bowling was great but the food was awful we were sick after eating the food

Kids soft play area is overcrowded and very small

My only concern is the lack of fencing around the new soft play area. The gates aren’t properly shut behind each child who enters/ exits so there’s every possibility a child could easily get out through the main exit.

My teenage daughter and her friends came to tenpin bowling and we paid for the offer of two games, with food and drinks. The pizzas were tiny and the girls were dissapointed.

Booking in was easy, the expanded venue was a delight to find with new lanes and lots of new games. Everything was fine but I would have preferred the lighting to be less "dramatic" and a bit brighter. Certainly recommend a visit and we'll be going again.

Went in yesterday and was served by a lovely lady called Charley on softplay. So helpful even though we hadn’t booked and managed to get my two children in no issues. The softplay itself was super busy but my two still enjoyed themselves. I overheard a woman, and have now seen a review she has posted saying the young lady working had a terrible attitude, which was not the case at all. She was running around trying to help everyone and ensuring all the children were safe. The “teenage” boys the previous review mentions were there celebrating an 11th birthday as I spoke to the family and she height checked them all and even warned them to be on their best behaviour. I normally wouldn’t disagree with someone else’s experience however the other persons review is slanderous! We will be back, thank you Charley!

We took our daughter to soft play. We didn’t like the system of locking the door behind them and not being able to see her ( the area went way back out of sight) and the music was so loud you couldn’t hear if your child needed you. Our child didn’t enjoy it even though we did go in with her. Not ideal for little ones.

Bowling was great and we had a lot of fun! The place has lots of fun and games for all ages. Wait times on food was a little longer than expected. We ordered food at 12:30, at 13:00 a server came and told us that they needed to exchange an item. By 13:10 having been waiting for food for 40 minutes we asked where it was and they had it out a few minutes later. But almost 45 minutes for a panini, chips and onion rings seems an excessively long time… so I’m assuming either something went wrong or it was just a very busy lunch time. On a bonus - The drinks were fast though and arrived in 5-10 minutes of ordering.

Booked the softplay and it was absolutely chotic. It was loud and not well run at all. I pointed out a group of clearly much older teenage boys had just gone in to the girl on the softplay desk and explained they looked far too old to be i there especially given that it was busy with lots of small children. To which I was told that she had far to many things to do to keep an eye on everything. Her attitude was terrible given that it was her sole job to oversee the soft play. It then took 45 minutes to get a drink. The place was understaffed for how busy it was.

Excellent evening bowling. Brilliant services just the bar is understaffed

Visited after the recent refurb and had a very good evening, liked the new decor. Could do with more ways to exit your bowling lanes, as we had to push past quite a large party in the lane next to us to get to the exit, which was tricky, especially as I am sight impaired. But we will definitely be visiting again.

Had a great time, spent a few hours there playing in the arcade and bowling, free parking for three hours was great. Understandably busy on a rainy day in the holidays but service was great, however cleanliness could have been improved, lots of tables not cleared, crumbs all over the floor around tables, bowling lane not cleared from people who were on it before us, there was pizza in the floor, empty drinks glasses etc left around. Ladies toilets were clean but sanitary bins overflowing.

The new layout of the venue is nice and to have a venue which has other activities is nice. Although I did find the service very slow, atmosphere felt chaotic and loud.
Booked online for one game of bowling.
I like that it's free parking when visiting the venue.
The venue was very busy.
The service I found slow as only 1 person serving drinks/food, so had to queue for 15 mins before I could get served.
Also on checking in had to wait for 15 mins to be able to check in, again only 1 person at the till.
When queuing not sure which queue was for what as there were a few lines of people. Would be helpful if there were signage for checkin, bar etc.
It was busy as it was half term and it was raining, I found the atmosphere to be loud and it felt very chaotic, my daughter and another child that was part of my party was feeling overwhelmed.
The drinks and activities are pricey, for example £10.00 for 30 mins darts, £25.00 for 30 mins karaoke, just to mention a few which we enquired about.

Nice refit. More space with new attractions Darts, Softplay, Laser Tag and Escape Rooms. Good discounts available to make it more affordable and valve for money. Only let down was the wait for drinks at the bar, hopefully once new staff has settled in this will improve as it wasn’t particularly busy.
