We did a party. It was ok wasn’t the best and the meal could have been a little bit better and more choices. Wasn’t the best organised and party hosts didn’t do much until 15 mins towards the end so kids kind of just fended for themselves

Book your bowling in advance
Make sure you speak loudly over the music so the staff hear your request right because they wont fix their mistakes.
We asked for 2 games of bowling as a group of 4 we and we showed them what tried to book online (2 games 4 people) they said okay its actually cheaper now so we thought great we got a deal paid and went to play but they'd only set the lane up for one game. When we asked about it they said oh well we didnt hear that and it not our problem. I'd suggest you book online to avoid this problem espically if you have excited kids to avoid the disappointment

The offer for birthdays is great and…
The offer for birthdays is great and over and above what other venues have on offer but it felt a little like we were afterthoughts by the party hosts.
There were lots of parties on at the same time and the staff while lovely and friendly when we did interact felt like they were more attentive to other parties.
It could get busy and overwhelming for all.
The staff did a great job with how much was expected of them and would still book again as the kids loved the experience and were entertained.

What a turkey!!!
One of the worst experiences ever. Total lack of staff, spilt drinks not cleared on the lane and every table covered in leftover food and drinks. An absolute dive of a place lacking staff, any customer service or management. Utter chaos - avoid!!!

Customer service was good but a bit disappointed about the free drink deal.
I booked for 5pm and I know the deal was from 6pm but I booked for two games for five of us and I thought we would be able to get it on our second game but they told me that I couldn’t get the deal even though we were there till about 7pm
