Stay away from this company.

Stay away from this company.

I got 2 lines of wireless services with these people. I have requested them to cancel wireless,they never cancel and keep charging me every month.
They never keep up to their promises as well.

Very dishonest company .You cancel your internet with them and they say all is fine and cancelled .then they keep sending bills .They were supposed to email shipping lable which they failed to do .now paying for an internet that I did not use .calling them does not solve any issues.stay away at all costs

Zero star

Zero star. It’s a scam!!! Horrible internet! Horrible customer service. I’ve been calling them for months for a deposit, they take hours on every call but never fulfill their promise. Do yourself a favor- never take their service!

Terrible Customer Service

I have been a customer for over 2 years, every 6 hours my Wifi went out. I didn't mind unplugging and plugging it back in, yes it was annoying at times. I finally had enough with my services back in October 2021 when I was doing online classes. I called the company and told them I can't have the Wifi go out at anytime for 3 weeks in October. They advised me not to worry they will fix the problem, the problem was never fixed. I was forced to leave my home to do my online class at a family members home. I continued to call the company to let them know I was extremely fed up with my Wifi service. They insisted it was my modem and sent me out a new modem. The modem was not new rather rebuilt and 3 times bigger then my old modem. I plug it in and the problem continued, so it was not my old modem rather a problem in the company. I noticed that my fee went up and my service went down. My fee used to be $45.99, and the last 6 to 8 months its been $51.00. I use to be able to use 2 to 3 devices for $45.99 a month, to now I could only use 1 device for $51.00 a month. I call the company I always seem to get the same guy Jon, no matter what department I press it's always Jon. When I speak with Jon I ask him to fix the problem in the company he says its my equiptment and sends more devices. I've asked to speak with the manager many times and Jon always says they will contact you in 15 minutes and hangs up, no one ever calls back. I've been billed $51.00 the month before I shut my service off, that whole month I never had service. I was also billed for a modem they insisted was the problem, and then charged a late fee for a modem I never knew I was being charged. The company has my bank info and I should never be charged a late fee, but for the last 6 to 8 months I've been. They have your bank info but will wait 15 days after your due date to go into your account and take a late fee. I went from $45.99 to $51.00 to $56.00 a month for the late fee. Jon needs to be fired and if there are other workers there they need to be retrained. How does a company answer the phone without saying the company name, agent name, number or even a security question. I've asked Jon to send a tech person out he says someone is coming and no one comes. Now that my service is shut off for a month I'm getting emails saying that my bill of $45.99 will be due April 12th. How is this company still trying to bill me for services I don't have, how is my bill back to $45.99 a month when the last 6 to 8 months it was $51.00. I am out at least $125.00 for the month service I was billed the modem fee with a late charge and all the late charges, I've asked them to reimburse my money they refused. People stay far far away from this company, what Jon don't realize if it's not for customers like us he would not have a job. Jon don't care, nor have I been able to speak with a manager to have this settled.

Do not deal with them

Do not deal with them! Their office is a convenience store...I never got 1 kb of data, yet they collected 2 months of service. Never got my $50 deposit for the modem. These are scam artists. I went with Carrytel and got way better service.

Worst Company in Canada

Worst company in Canada in my opinion...
Customer service resembles an Indian refund scam! They promise you to call you back...they don't, they promise a refund they don't pay back...I hope they get bankrupt. Very sketchy and stole over $100 from me, never even had 1 day of service. I will report them to the police eventually.

Poor services and worst customer services

Very bad service and the worst customer service ever! Beware to test your speed! The bandwidth was not even half of claimed bandwidth. The modem bought from them also problematic. The first modem I received was not working I ended up lost 10 days internet service. When complain the lower bandwidth the owner did not try to resolve the issue by play dirty tricks and cut off your service ask you look for other ISP.

I would not recommend this service to anyone. They hardly ever answer the phone and once you get the service, you barely get half the speed. They give you a line though Cogeco (in Milton at least) but Cogeco doesn't take responsibility for the speed and these guys have a 1* customer service.
