My experience with Terraboost was a poor one and not worth the investment. At the end of my contract with Terraboost, I was charged again when I did not want to renew. I wanted a refund for this month because it was a poor investment on my part, but I was not given a refund. They had no interest in correcting the issue. I do not recommend for anyone looking to grow their business to use Terraboost.

Terrible you have never returned phone calls. I’ve wasted so much time. You have no business being in marketing awful customer service.

Very easy to work with. Very helpful in choosing a location that meets our needs, as well as recommending the appropriate vehicle for our campaign. Team members are very quick to respond to any emails, questions or concerns.

Terraboost took our complaints and issues very seriously. They implemented internal changes as a result of our issues to avoid them occurring again in the future. We appreciate the recognition of the challenges we endured. They called us immediately upon hearing of our issues and processed refunds for us. We appreciate the steps they have taken to alleviate our issues and avoid them happening for customers in the future.

they are the worse had a 500 bucks set up for payment they went in and stole 1400 from my account not northernized there no way to talk TO ANY ONE ON STAFF THEY ARE ALL NICE SETING YOU UP THEN GHOST WHEN THEY TAKE MONEY FROM YOU BIN IN BUSSINESS 20 YEARS THE WORSE BY FAR

These people flat out stole my money. The rep reached out to me and asked me if I wanted to renew. I told her no and to please not renew my contract (which I have proof). What does the company do? They billed me several months down the road saying they "had a system glitch" took money out of my account. I had already cancelled the service. This company is super shady. Everything the other reviews have said is absolutely true. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They are thieves!!

My advertisement was replaced with a direct competitor after I renewed my contract for 2 years. My account manager ignored my calls and emails. The customer service reps were very nice and said they'd work on correcting the issue within a certain time frame but the issue has yet to be resolved.

The customer service with our rep was great. He was very helpful inn informing us the best benefits for us.

I was disappointed that after investing in a four month campaign, there wasn't a single inquiry or client gained as a result. It felt like a wasted investment for my company.

My experience has been horrible. The location of the kiosk was not where it was supposed to be they said they would move in multiple times and they never did and the sani wipes were never filled. HORRIBLE I wasted SOO MUCH MONEY!

It took complaining to the BBB to finally get my sign up in stores and get any kind of communication back from Teraboost.

I’ve tried getting in contact with you multiple times I even left a reply on the website and I still haven’t gotten it in touch. Also, my work is still not put up yet at the HEB location I requested for.

The art department was great! They took my idea and created an excellent Kiosk. I highly recommend them if you are considering this.

Advertising with Terraboost at my local kroger in Atlanta has been a incredible experience! Seeing my ad prominently displayed at the front door of the supermarket was exciting, and the visibility has been amazing - many of my friends and family have noticed it reached out to tell me how great it looks. The team at Terraboost has been fantastic to work with - professional, responsive, and committed to making sure my campaign was success. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-impact, local advertising that really gets noticed!

Over it! They were to change out my ad as originally discussed and agreed upon at signing once I had dates for my event. Just 1 part of the sign the change out - I was told it could be done quickly. It has been a MONTH. Still nothing! I paid $1680 for a headache from incompetence. You are better off hiring someone with a sign to stand on the corner than to deal with these people

Nice people to work with, they do what they promise and the entire process was super easy. Highly recommend.

I was double charged for a few months and it took weeks and multiple requests to resolve. Then, one of my terraboost stands was replaced by another company’s without my knowledge, however, I was still charged for it. The only reason I found out was because I went to the grocery store to check. I did not get one new patient who stated they saw my add and called. It seems like a good marketing tool when you’re just starting out, however, it’s overpriced and underwhelming.
