HOPELESS, Test Freaks are hopeless for accurate reviews, they will only publish Positive Reviews for the company that is paying them to carry out the review work. Natural I guess but hardly unbiased. My review for Tech Dash was accurate, not disparaging but they refused to publish it. Shame on you Test Freaks. Test Freaks have replied to me saying it was a product review...I disagree this was a business transaction that included the products. It was an overall transaction that was NOT acceptable. My review was for the whole transaction otherwise it could be deemed misleading and deceptive practices by Test Freaks on behalf of Tech Dash.

Hello Alan. Thanks for the feedback. After checking with our moderation team, your reviews on the Otterbox products were rejected because they weren't product reviews. They were comments about receiving the incorrect products. If you refer to the original email you had from us, you can see there is the option to also review the retailers, and these kind of comments about incorrect delivery should be placed there, not submitted as a product review. The rejection email should have stated exactly why the reviews were rejected and gave you the option to re-submit them. TestFreaks are unbiased and accept both negative and positive comments for brands and retailers around the World. However, if we ask for a product review, we expect a product review and not comments about the seller, packaging or delivery. Similarly if we ask for a review on the seller, there should not be comments about the product. Hope this makes sense and you'll reconsider the comments you've made on TrustPilot.

Garbage. I review products and always get unaccepted review notices. "We only accept product reviews" yet I'm reviewing the product.
No site should use this garbage service.

Hello Leslie. Our moderators follow strict guidelines for accepting and rejecting reviews. Product reviews can be rejected for various reasons - a reason is also given in the email you get from us, and you have the option to update your review. In most cases reviews are rejected because they mention non-product related things such as the delivery time etc. If you feel that your review has been incorrectly rejected, and you have complied to the guidelines, please let us know!

Not trustworthy or respectful to critics. Their "guidelines" do not allow posting of negative reviews, especially on shady companies that paid them. Better stay away from them.

I bought a defective product from…
I bought a defective product from TechforLess, an online retailer. Terrible customer service from that retailer. I then got sent a review request from Techforless via their review people, TestFreaks. Guess what? They told me I couldn't write a negative review. Wow. Now I know I can't trust them for anything that they have to say about anything. Don't trust Testfreaks and don't shop at Techforless.

TestFreaks works with hundreds of brands and retailers globally to collect and moderate product reviews. In this instance the customer received a faulty or broken product which could not be used. In order for a review to be valid and useful, a product needs to be used and evaluated. The reviewer was asked to contact the retailer in order to resolve the issue, and then invited to review the product once they had a working one.
Never has TestFreaks refused a review due to it being negative, only if it doesn't meet the guidelines of being a product review.
TestFreaks also collects service ratings and reviews for some retailers and all feedback is accepted and passed to those stores for action. The customer chose to try and add comments about the retailer as part of a product review which isn't accepted nor useful when a potential buyers wants to read about the pros and cons of a product.
Easy to work with - Easy to Implement
Working with TestFreaks was easy. They told me what they needed and told me how to fix what I had. To implement was even easier. Had everything done in a week and implementation on our end was minutes to do. Awesome company and very responsive to questions. Sean himself, was absolutely great and always friendly.
