Worst experience ever. S7 pro stop connecting wifi no matter what i try i cant make connection 3 months old robot now garbage. When i read on internet tons of people having same issue

I was disappointed with Tesvor's so-called intelligent navigation system. It often bumps into obstacles and misses several spots while cleaning. The build quality doesn’t feel as solid or premium as advertised. It struggles to clean properly under beds and furniture, which was one of the main reasons I bought it. Overall, I’m not satisfied with this purchase.

Our S6 Turbo stopped working after 2 years and 4 months. The previous one's battery went bad after a similar time. I can no longer recommend Tesvor.

Their customer service is non-existent. Who has a toll-free number that produces a constant busy signal? Try it, it's busy anyway 888-921-0007. You can't even get them to respond to a form that you fill out on their website. Filled out the form several times: 5 days later, still no response (of course I've checked spam. Who needs to be told that?)

Hahaha! The worst and most evasive customer service I ever encountered! Bought a machine in November 2023. It broke in January 2024. Since then I have been battling to get a replacement machine (or a refund). In June I was finally given a return label and I sent it back. And guess what, Tesvor entered into a state of oblivion. And OTTO the German market platform denies any responsibility as they solely acted as a broker. So, best to avoid Tesvor as well as OTTO.

Awful support. I contacted since Jan 2024 regarding my in warranty robot vacuum cleaner. They said all the repair engineers are on holiday until March and I should wait. Now they do no respond to any mail, and their customer service desk by phone is unmanned. Never again, you better buy from a serious company.

My robot vacuum cleaner stopped working after some time because of some battery issues. Thanks to the customer support from Tesvor, who answered very quickly all my emails and helped me to find out the problem(battery). In the end they sent to me a new battery free of charge, so I can continue using my M1. Thank you! It was very helpful!

I bought a tesvor last year. It’s less than one month passed warranty and the company basically told me there is nothing they can do These are not cheap machines and the fact they won’t even try and help me get it fixed shows they don’t stand by their product. I have changed out the brushes like it says I clean it daily and it just stopped working. I’d check into another brand before buying.

We are very satisfied with the service from Tesvor. We always received competent answers to technical questions. A complaint was processed to our complete satisfaction.

Once the warranty is over you will receive no support. The vacuum motor in my S6 died, so I contacted Tesvor service via email. I explained everything and ask if I could purchase just the vacuum motor. I was told "we do not sell parts", I asked "how am I to get this robot vacuum fixed" their final response was sorry,

How do sell a product and not offer repair parts???

After several times of use (which I was very happy with) I had a problem with the vac.
Emailed customer service and they responded the next day with three things to try.
Bottom line I turned the unit off and on and now it works great again.
Great that they support their product.

Great support team. My water tank had a mechanical problem, I asked for repair options, now they send a new tank. I want to be completely honest, they asked me if I could write a review, that's my way to say thanks. And some reviews here seemed really unfair to me.
My M1 works very well on my hardwood floor. For me the lowest setting is clearly strong enough and the battery life is about 2 hours, enough for about 120 square meters. Wiping was also running great for about 5 month, after that the tank didn't let the water out for some reason.
I love the remote control, no need to register or have an Android/IOS Phone.
Great value for the money!

Bought a Tesvor x500 vacuum robot on Amazon because of the great reviews.

The robot really disappointed, mopping carpets, completely losing its progress if interrupted, and not being able to navigate carpets.

Because of the above, I gave them a bad review on Amazon. Against Amazon’s rules, they e-mailed me, including saying they would give me a full refund and could keep the robot if I deleted my review.

I reported them to Amazon, who issued me a refund. I still feel cheated, as I would not have bought the robot if not for the fantastic reviews, which I now know are manipulated. Stay away.

Dec 2022 update: an app update added an unskipable ad and made it impossible to connect to the robot, making the app useless.

Since July we are happy owners of 2 robot vaccum cleaner X500. As of today both are doing a good work and are easy to handle. We love to use the app and start the robot even if we are not at home. I can realy recommend the product from my own experiances.

Recently purchased the X500Pro, overall a bit of a novelty and not really fit for purpose. The battery life is practically finished after only 10 days of use and requires constant recharging after 30 mins on the lowest use, the brushes are really weak and misformed after this use, there is no mapping and the bot is easily confused in smaller spaces, the app is impossible to set up and has therefore not been tested or used, finally as for the mop feature.. well forget it as it really is a waste of material. Overall a big disappoimtment.

Nice staff doing what is expected from it! For sure some things like app could be improved but overall experience is ok for our apartment. Small kids like to play with it :)

I bought the Tesvor X500pro. And im Happy with it since 2020. It does its Job very well.
Its the best Decision ive ever made to buy this Vacuum Cleaner.

I love our vacuum. It does not run into objects like the other 3 we have had. It cleans pet hair amazingly. You can set it to clean at a certain time and it just takes off and maps the house. You can even use the app to draw areas you do not want the vacuum to go. Customer service is awesome also. They always get back to you and answer any questions. I would highly recommend this vacuum. I have the S6.

The engine of my Tesvor S6 made very loud noises. After I wrote to support, the device was exchanged for me very quickly. Thanks for that.
