I deleted it a while ago and it keeps talking when I’m on other apps like it’s hacked my phone.

Teuidaが大好きです。I can make an essay on why this is one of the best language apps on there. My only complaint is the speech recognition. Specifically, the つ character.

I can speak to my friends from Japan, and they can understand me and know what I am saying. However, this app does not capture the words I am saying when つ is involved. For example, it can hear me say, 一つ、ふたつ、みっつ. Then, when I try saying these words, 五つ、六つ、八つ、九つ, the speech recognition doesn't pick it up unfortunately. It is really frustrating that the app can not hear me. It would put in something else that I am not saying.

There is no point in continuing if the app thinks I am mispronouncing words that I am saying correctly. Now, there are moments when I will mispronounce words, then I will acknowledge it, practice, and come back better. But this one character, つ, has to be fixed.

If anyone from Teuida is reading this, please try to fix this issue. Outside of that, the app is nearly flawless.

I signed up for premium, its supposed to be a years subscription but, I finished the lessons in two months. It advertises 'learn at your own speed ', well obviously if you're too fast you're done in two months so, I guess they actually mean 'go really really slowly' or you're going to have nothing to do for ten of those months.
Unless I'm missing some way to get more lessons, which I don't think I am, don't bother paying for premium just stick to the free version.
Very disappointing.

Actually it's my first time in teuida. And i really can't sign up to learn the language. It kept showing unexpected error 😭😭😭. I hope you'll look after my problem 🙏🙏🙏.

I am writing to report an issue with my transaction to Tuida I was charged twice on the same day, which is not correct or fair The same issue also occurred last month

I kindly request you to look into this matter and resolve my problem as soon as possible Please verify the transactions and refund one of the payments that was charged twice

I am truly disappointed by this repeated issue and hope for a prompt resolution

So far so good.
I have been using the free version of Teuida.
I like it and I do use it everyday and finally the ads became so annoying thatt today I am starting a "free trial" (which morphs into a monthly subscription after one week).

I can compare this very favourably with "Jumpspeak" that I also tried. Jumpspeak looks like the "big brother" of Teuida, but there servers are too slow and the experience was horrible.

One thing that I have noticed is that the accuracy of the voice recognition software (VRS) is a bit patchy. Words that my korean friends say I pronounce correctly (Saturday is one) are just not recognized when I speak them to the app. In fairness, this is not unique to Korean - I am a native English speaker, and sometimes I have a hard job getting my answers recognized by VRS on the phone.

If at some point I decide to cancel, I'll repost here to say how that experience went.

TEUIDA is a great learning app suitable for beginners like myself. Lessons are a step by step process that allows you to monitor progress.
Focus is on speaking and pronunciation,
using a variety of settings and I am enjoying the lessons (even the frustrating parts when the correct pronunciation eludes me and requires perseverance ).
The lessons are geared to becoming more challenging while building on your previous learning and,from what I have seen, quite a few of the modules would be suitable for more advanced learners of the language.
It covers a surprising amount of day to day interactions/ settings ( learning hangul is included) and keeps it interesting and the student engaged.
It helps that the individual tutors come across as likable professionals that are dedicated to teaching and creating a sense of fun to the learning experience.
Also,getting a response and suggestions to resolve issues with the app is a definite plus.
Can highly recommend
