Amazing quality and great service
William answered my emailed questions promptly before purchasing, my order arrived in a few days and the quality of the linen is vey high. Very pleased to obtain Josef Frank fabric designs from within the UK and at such a good price. Company was kind enough to send a couple of sample cushion covers without charge as the size I had wanted was not in stock.

Nice fabric but long delivery
It took seven weeks before the parcel arrived, I was just about to give up on it. Alsow no mail from the Company that the parcel was on its way. But yes, satisfied with the fabric.

Worried as I have not heard back from Customer Services for over a week, even though I have contacted twice regarding a query on an order for over £200 (even though they promise a 3 day response time...). Poor business practice..
