ZW to Text Request - night and day
Since switching from ZipWhip, overall our engagement has increased and improved, and our time spent with texting has been improved with the templates and attachment options. There are a few small elements of our previous experience that are not matched in Text Request, but overall the change appears to have been worth it.

My firm has not finished the on boarding process yet, but there is NO doubt that will happen. I got a text reply from the CEO within 10 minutes of texting, then a follow up call from him, then a call from the business partner manager. Great overall experience through out it all. They remind me of our firm.... Customer Service MUST be 1st! OOrah!
