Excellent customer service and although I had to return the dress (lovely dress, horrible body!) there was no problem, great communication and fast refund, I've got lot's of clothes from Textures and think they are fabulous, I'll be back!

I ordered it two and a half weeks ago and nothing.

I haven't always kept the items I've received from Texture, but when I've returned there's never been a problem and I've always been refunded. Shipping has always been expeditious and the goods as expected. Sometimes, I would have ordered more but dithered too long and missed out because many of the items are one-size and I'm petite, so it's hard to know if they'll drown you since they're only pictured on a mannequin without any context (though that is also useful, especially as they show all angles). I will say, though, that their descriptions are informative. I feel confident in this company's integrity thus far, would recommend them, and will continue to shop with them - overall, I like their style!

No complaint about the quality of the goods. These were repeat orders of a very nice tunic. However, the delay in despatch is very disappointing. Orders on the 5th and 12th Dec have not arrived by 23 Dec.
