Rude staff members
We recently started using thali outlet for our Kraft trays and they arrived stuck together and in terrible condition. When we attempted to speak to staff over the phone they were extremely rude and one of the staff members stated “whatever your name is”.
We were then advised that a DHL courier driver would give us new trays and we would need to return the damaged ones plus one full box which had not yet been opened, due to back to back events we did not send back the full box which had not been opened as we needed this for events.
We received an extremely rude email from Amarjeet Sihra asking us to pay immediately for the trays (which we were going to do anyway) - as a new business we take so much pride on how we present ourselves and would never ever not pay for goods we have received. Overall a really bad experience & we have now found a new supplier.

I have used this company for a number…
I have used this company for a number of years buying pots and boxes for my small business.
They are reasonable priced with a fairly good range, the speed of delivery is fantastic.
And just recently i ordered and the courier didn't deliver on time and i contacted them for advice.
The customer services was outstanding, unbeatable actually.
I highly recommend this company.
