New TV aerial
I needed a new aerial and Thames Aerial made the whole process very straightforward. In particular the team that came out to do the work were very professional and expert and overcame one or two problems to complete the installation. Highly recommended.

We had a problem at the hotel as the TV …
We had a problem at the hotel as the TV amplifier broke down which with a 50 bed hotel is a big problem with no TV service. Also being a commercial items you cannot locate in any stores and there seems to be no trade stockists in London to go and get one.
Had a look online and all companies were taking several days to deliver one, then I came across Thames Aerial Services and sent them a message during the evening, was not expecting a reply until the next day but was very pleased to get a reply the same evening and a very helpful reply at that
First thing this morning they called me as they were able to get the items I needed so I paid them for it and it was with me via a courier a few hours later
I cannot thank them enough for helping out as one can imagine a hotel with no TV service is a major issue so that is now solved .
I would highly recommend them , they are efficient , polite and helpful. what more can you ask for .
