My garage door was useless: difficult to open and close and not at all secure. A phone call to Thames Garage Doors resulted in a prompt visit to assess the situation followed by a date for fixing the door and making it more secure. That was done promptly and efficiently and I am very happy! Thank you gentlemen.

My garage door, which Thames fitted in 2018, started to have problems in closing properly. I rang and spoke to Alex, and Duncan was there the next working day to fix it, which he did. I wish all companies were as friendly and efficient as this one.

I highly recommend Thames garage door. If you are looking for a rare, honest company look no further. I have used Thames garage before for my previous house garage door issue and was happy with their work so after moving to a new neglected place and finding it’s motorised garage door has fallen to one side due to mishandle, scraping against the frame and without an emergency key in case motor failed, I contacted Thames garage. After survey, Alex advised me that it can be repaired with less costs than changing the whole door while other garage companies only wanted to replace door which is in good condition. Alex and Duncan both readjusted door back to position, a large gap above door was covered with plastic garage wind shield, an emergency unlocking system installed with two spare keys, metal bars were oiled and serviced, all for half price of a new door!
My garage door looks as good as new.
I will reach out to them again in future.

I am bound to say that I was amazed at the service. I phoned the previous day and they were there the next morning at 9am.
I was further amazed that Duncan said he was able to carry out the repair to the garage door, then and there.
The door was in a terrible state but was renewed to full working ocondition in short order.
I cannot recommend Thames Garage Doors too highly. They are simply fantastic.

My garage door was stuck open and Thames Garage Doors responded the same day. Not only were they able to close the doors but knew very quickly what the problem was and repaired the mechanism without the need to new parts. Duncan was friendly and helpful and clearly knew what he was doing.
