The most amazing way I have come across to do a crowd funding for someone special that deserves that Christmas bonus and give back from a community that has created a massive impact. That alot of us where very grateful for.

Great idea, it was a nice way for colleagues to share their thoughts and well wishes.

It made me happy. I genuinely loved it and will use more in future. It’s very realistic thought and I really appreciate it.

This is such a complicated site and when eventually you have the card you want, ready to send out you realise it is not a collection you can use to buy a personalised gift, the cash goes directly to the recipient. That might be fine for weddings etc but limits options. Only use if the recipient wants cash or a gift card. Not for bespoke.

Thankbox are amazing! The site is really user-friendly, easy to use and there are lots of great design options to choose from and links to add extra gifts, so it becomes a one-stop shop for special occasions! I liked having the updates of who had signed, as it was reassuring to know it was being accessed.
When it came to scheduling the card to be sent this was very handy, and i was notified when they had opened it,
I knew what was happening every step of the way.

Using Thankbox is so easy, it's my go-to virtual card and collection method. I've used 3 times now and each time it has been easy to set up and share a link for colleagues to add messages including images and gifs, plus adding a collection, which can then be used to pay the small fee.

Thankbox is the best group card and collection site that I have used. Very straight forward, user friendly, love the premium features and option to customise the card. In comparison, CollectionPot is limited and a headache to set up. I like that the recipient can choose whether to claim the funds through gift card, pre-pay card or PayPal. I also like that it gives the option to use part of the contributed funds to get a gift delivered to recipient.

However, the gift selection could be better (more options e.g. add more to the range like spa hampers) and is pricey which is my only criticism. Also would be good if when you use part of the funds to buy a gift, that you can also display gross contributions and gifts purchased instead of only seeing net contributions after gift purchase. That way, contributors and the recipient have full transparency.

I found Thankbox through a quick Google search when looking for an easy way to coordinate a monetary gift with virtual gift card for the close mutual friend of 16 women all living different parts of the country. This was quick, easy, and efficient. We were able to send personalized messages with text, videos, GIFs, and audio. From set-up to gift sent was a little more than 24 hours. I love the concept and will definitely be using Thankbox again!

My family member was in a desperate time and needed the gift card asap. We waited 2 days contacted the support (no reply 3 times). What is the point of giving a gift while being embarrassed about now having the gift load.

Thankbox has completely transformed the way we organise collections and group messages. It’s intuitive, efficient, and eliminates the hassle of chasing people with a physical card. I wouldn’t go back to the old way, this is definitely the future of workplace gifting.

Easy to use, good value, great to have a card and options for contributing to a gift card at minimal cost.

I have been using Thankbox now for over 3 years and the experience is always exceptional. During this time more features, backgrounds and enhancements for user experience have been added which is amazing and really useful.
