Wow 🤩 what an incredible gift and so easy to use. I received some beautiful messages and gift card link from my class at school and was totally blown away by the whole process! Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to send a really thoughtful gift 🥰

After accepting my reward and selecting a Mastercard on the 2nd July 2025 I started the 15-25 business day wait for it to be issued to the UK via UPS. Yesterday I received 3 emails saying I'd spent most of my reward in the USA!!

As of yet I’ve not received the card here in the UK so it would appear it was stolen at some point after it was created and used fraudulently thereafter. Someone needs to investigate this.

The credit card company (My Payment Vault) want me to fill a form for each transaction and either post or fax it back to the USA. Clearly not heard of email. The investigation process is quoted at 120 days plus postage time.

I then contacted the Helpdesk (a company called "Tremendous") via the Thankbox email and they've just brushed it off with a standard set reply - shocking

This was a £450 gift and because I chose a Credit card it was reduced to £445

08/08/2025 - after numerous emails this has now been resolved. I'm pretty sure without writing this review it would have taken so much longer.

I received the Thankbox when I retired from work. It was a wonderful surprise to receive it. It was lovely to read the personal messages my colleagues left and it was great to be able to download them and be able read them back whenever I want.

What a fantastic idea.

Using Thankbox was very easy and straightforward. Took a few mins to register and share a link with other colleagues. It did take the stress away from managing a pot and a card with colleagues across the globe.

Absolutely fantastic concept! It was so lovely to receive a Thankbox from my colleagues before I go on sabbatical. Such a nice email to get and great that colleagues from near and far can contribute. Highly recommend.

I received the Thankbox when I retired from teaching. The children left me a personal message which was very touching and lovely to watch and hear. It was a fabulous thing to receive and to watch back when I want. I'd recommend this to anyone who wants to gift a truly unique present.

Great experience, very easy to use and made the whole process really simple!

Great to have a joined up approach for signing a card and collection. Also great to be able to use some of the funds to send physical gifts through as well as a gift card.

This was an easy & straightforward way of us collecting money and writing a card for one of out colleagues who was leaving.

The interface was quite interactive and friendly. I love that we could upload pictures and also edit when needed.

Really easy to set up with an option for limitless pages which was amazing. Multiple options for gifting as well, will definitely use again.

This card enables your friends to add video messages and photos making a beautiful keepsake of a card.

Both the participants and the recipient were surprised by the images, videos, and combined pot. Great experience!

Made the whole process easy of distributing a card and collection and then sending this to the recipient.
An option to have the digital card printed (for a fee) would be useful for the older generation!

Have received this when I left my previous Job and I thought it was such nice gift. So I recommended it to my current job to give a digital farewell card to a colleague and it was very appreciated. Easy to use 😍

Love this. Best way to send a card and a gift with a group of people

This is a great product! We are a global team and needed a way of involving everyone from all locations to leave a message in a colleague's leaving card. We chose the card only, but could also have raised a collection through the app. It was so simple, everyone received the link and could add their comments, we could read each others messages and get inspiration for our own. We could add pictures, GIFs, video... Thankbox's updates were awesome. Funny and thoughtful notifications letting me know when the link was shared, when people had left a message (you can turn that feature off if you want), when the card was sent (you can schedule the date/time), when the recipient received it (everyone who wrote a message was notified (nice touch!) I think she can also now thank everyone via Thankbox! Really smart platform which we will use again, it made the process so easy and it was great that colleagues in all countries could be part of it.

Having to pay further for the service (£5) is ridiculous.
