I am satisfied with both the pricing…
I am satisfied with both the pricing and the delivery time. However, there is clear room for improvement in the way customers are handled at your counters.
With the current setup, it is not uncommon to experience queues and waiting times of 5–10 minutes before being served. This appears to be related to a relatively heavy ERP solution, which requires extensive manual input by the sales clerk during each transaction.
You may want to consider alternative solutions to streamline this process. For example:
A self‑service solution (similar to what is used in fast‑food restaurants), where customers can search for and select required parts on a screen, with the order then sent directly to picking.
A “Fast Track” counter for customers collecting orders that have already been placed and paid for, to avoid unnecessary waiting time.
Today, all data entry is handled by the clerk at the counter, which contributes to congestion and inefficiency. I believe relatively simple changes could significantly improve customer flow and overall experience.

Not that pleasent
Not that pleasent people working there, I ordered for pickup, where the workers picked up the wrong items, followed by rude customer service when i tried to rectify the problem localy.
Got what i needed in the end, but not by any of the workers help.
