Fab company exactly what I was looking for and great customer service. Would definitely use again in future. Bought a framed set list from a gig my daughter went to (obsessed with!) that isn't mainstream. Her favourite Christmas Present.

Sadly item arrived damaged, but within minutes of contacting That Gig, they responded with an apology and offer of replacement or refund.

Ordered poster framed, paid £31.90 3 weeks ago, parcel force says order has been returned to sender as address label was unreadable, I have emailed numerous times no answer! What do I do now!! It was a gift for my son from his Oasis gig….NOT HAPPY

Brilliant framed album covers spoilt packaging , box was badly damaged,ripped open, very weak packaging on this occasion, thankfully the goods inside remained undamaged

Ordered framed poster - arrived damaged. I have followed the process as indicated on the website for a replacement / refund but no response. Poor poor after sales and zero customer service. This was a memento for my daughter and the lack of communication is extremely disappointing.

Got Oasis mug from their Dublin gig for my son who's a big Oasis fan. The details on the mug is absolutely amazing. Whatever Oasis gig you've been to, you need to get yourself one of these mugs. My son loved it to remind him of the best gig he's ever been. (his words)
The price of mug was worth every penny for something you'll treasure forever.

I like the design, but I’m doubting the quality of the frame. All seems fragile.

But the biggest thing for me is that the plastic is very reflective. Can barely see the poster in a certain angle. Still like it tho just may be a bit overpriced for what I got.

I ordered an A3 size print & received an A4 size print. I have sent an email asking for a refund, but haven’t I had a reply or acknowledgement they have received my e-mail. Will not be buying from them again.

The Coldplay setlist mugs are great. As are the Oasis ones I also purchased recently. Shipping was fast and communication was very good. Highly recommend That Gig!! Thankyou.
