Abhrajit kundu in logo ki bass ki kuch bhi nhi hai in logo ko bass batein badi badi karna ata hai or jab kam ka tym ata hai to ye log gayab ho jate hai sabse ghatiya agar kisi ko words dete hai to usko pura bhi kiya jata hai but in logo se kuch nhi hota guys to be honest don’t trust Aztech software, guys if you want save your money and time so please don’t and invest this company. If you do 100% you’ll regret it’s my promise to you.

Emailed them about my samsung S9 refurbed phone from ideal world not sure how long if takes to reply to an email but 5 days and counting doesn't look too promising.

I bought McAfee antivirus and it’s stops the installation on 81%. I reported and emailed with screenshots but nobody responded. Ridiculous customer service

UPDATE:
I have changed my rating to 5 star from 1 in light of the response from AzTech.
I did contact AzTech as requested. They arranged to send me a replacement iPhone by next day delivery pending receipt of my faulted iPhone. Thank you so much AzTech. They obliged me with a request about the iPhone too. By the way Ideal World have still not answered my email sent 21st Sept. Shame on you Ideal World.
BACKGROUND
I purchased an AzTech “refurbished pristine” iPhone 8 via Ideal World despatched 24/7/2021. All seemed good at first then on the 11 September the iPhone experience “an unexpected shut down” The battery health states it is 100% yet the battery’s health is “significantly degraded”. An Apple diagnostics carried out in store confirms the iPhone has battery issues and needs replacing.They mentioned the battery could be faulted and/or it has a non genuine Apple battery installed. I didn’t expect this to happen after less than 2 months of using the iPhone.
I emailed AzTech on 12 September but got no response which is unusual going by their reviews.
I have been in touch with Ideal World on numerous occasions but their Customer Service is appalling. They are unable to decide as to where I return the iPhone. It is now the 21 September and I am still awaiting verification of return details.

So please AzTech, can you respond to this ASAP and let me know - where do I return the iPhone to?

Bought two iPhones from Ideal World, turned out to be ‘refurbished’ by AzTech. Received with no paperwork, or information. One is fine, the other has constant varying problems, such as no sound on calls, refusing to connect to WiFi, camera not working. Generally useless as a phone, but returning means being out of touch during a house move and building work.

Parcel arrived quickly, earphones are good quality and price is unbeatable.

Fantastic service..!! The phone was a really good price delivery was super fast.
I would have no problem recommending this company to anyone.

Arrived in time, but not the colour I wanted hence the 4 stars. But the gold will do, as current phone battery now had it.

Phone is as said not a mark looks like new, battery health is also 100%. Good purchase for the price.

The wireless earbuds themselves are great. As somebody who had airpods for years before losing them I was in the market for an alternative that didn't cost the earth like the Apple ones do. I'm very pleased with the sound quality, microphone quality (important for me as I use these for work phone calls all day every day) and also the battery life.

I have zero hesitation in recommending The Aztech as an online store and would also be happy to recommend the DeFunc wireless earbuds (They're called True Go Slim I think?) for anybody looking for a good quality pair of wireless ear buds without dropping £120 on airpods.
