Gave me a delivery date and didn’t turn up. Then said they had made a mistake and could not supply the items and would refund my purchase price. After several emails claiming that they had made the refund when I insisted they check properly they admitted it hadn’t gone through. It’s now three weeks since they said they had refunded me and still nothing in my account. Shame.
Update:-
I have now been contacted by the York Branch assistant manager who has sorted out the mass miscommunication between branches and refunded my money. It’s taken nearly four weeks and lots of my valuable time but we got there in the end.

Amanda of Travis Perkins hire at Tiverton is an angel. On a Monday morning due to an issue I needed a last minute hire of a 1 ton dumper to shift bullrushes taken out of our lake with a mini digger which was arriving at our place at 8:30am. Amanda was brilliant. Nothing was too much bother despite being short staffed. Basically she said don’t worry I will book it out and deliver it myself in about an hour and to her credit she did. Unbelievable service and a good laugh as well. Thanks Amanda you saved the day.

I recently picked up some timber and hardware from Rowley Regis depot (Blackheath) , the staff where efficient and helpful, even with some materials not in stock they advised me about which closest depot had them in stock. The staff are always cheerful and polite, Reveiw by Tape measure man,

The after sales service was terrible. They supplied the wrong size bathroom sink, refused to acknowledge the error and compensate us in any way. Don't use these people
