Amazing journey
Completing my Life Coaching Diploma with The Coaching Academy was a great experience from start to finish. The course was well organised, engaging and very supportive, which made the learning process very enjoyable.
Alongside the Life Coaching Diploma, I also completed the NLP course, and both programmes worked really well together. The NLP training added a lot of practical value and helped deepen my understanding and skills as a coach.
I’m genuinely grateful for the experience of working with The Coaching Academy and would happily recommend both the Life Coaching Diploma and NLP course to anyone looking to grow personally and professionally.

I had reservations, but wow was I wrong!
I was fairly reserved when deciding to take training with the coaching academy. As I was self funding the price felt significant and I really worried I wouldn’t get value back. This couldn’t be farther from the truth. 2 month in and the course has been great. The resources are incredible. The structure is flexible and easy to fit around your life and the live training is phenomenal. I really struggle to figure out how this could be done better. My only take would be that my additional business coaching model does not look as feature packed as the foundation. But this is more on first glance so I could be wrong. Great experience so far, highly recommended

I’ve had a really positive experience with The Coaching Academy so far. The programme is exceptionally well organised, with clear structure and guidance at every step. The learning materials are high quality, practical, and easy to follow, and the live sessions add a lot of value—interactive, supportive, and genuinely motivating.
What I appreciate most is the balance: you can progress at your own pace, but you never feel alone thanks to the community. The group energy, shared learning, and encouragement make a big difference. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to train as a coach in a flexible but well-supported way

I recently attended the Practicalities of Corporate and Executive Coaching training, and it exceeded all expectations. Katy Manson, our speaker, was exceptional — a high-calibre professional with deep expertise and real-life insight into the coaching industry. She created a dynamic and engaging learning environment, blending her own corporate experience with clear market understanding, practical examples, and interactive activities that kept everyone actively participating, rotating, and contributing.

Least impactful workshop so far
I found the content of this workshop a little too anecdotal and terminology was unclear or arbitrary at times. This was definitely the least impactful of the workshops I’ve attended. Others have been much better and learnings much more useful.
