The product I ordered came in as what I order and on time. The life jackets were on size and the color was correct. Just waiting for the season to start to try them out.

I shop at the house often and plan to continue to do so. Love the selection, the price, the service.

Absolutely garbage of a company. Ordered 2 items for a skiing trip took them several weeks to even ship them out. After about 2 weeks after them being "shipped" I contacted their customer service and they said the items had not been delivered and offered me a refund. A week later my items all the sudden show as delivered about 10 days prior to speaking with the customer service rep. They were allegedly delivered while I was in Colorado and had no notifications from my Shop app which informs me when packages get delivered and the tracking showed as not delivered. Makes zero sense. I would not recommend this company to anyone I know. Will be submitting to the better business bureau.

Great coat, great price and the shipping was fast and accurate. The coat is perfect---warm and cozy yet lightweight. More warmth than a packable puffer, but not as heavy as a full length down-filled coat. It is just what I wanted.

The House had the exact boots i wanted and needed for my new snowboard. the boots arrived on time and sooner than expected as well!

Not happy at all with return process. Charged for return as well as printing a supposed ‘express return’ label. 15 minute hold time to get to speak with someone and the chat feature is a joke. You stay 6th in the queue forever. Will never order from The House again…sorry.
