Jo Hannell from the mortgage store is the best mortgage broker I have ever dealt with. She is genuine, honest and works extremely hard to get the best solution. All the stress of the transaction was taken off my hands! She obtained mortgage offer with 4 days…yes 4 days! I would recommend for anyone buying or remortgaging to use Jo.

A truly first‑class service and experience
We honestly cannot thank Hayley and Emma at The Mortgage Store enough for the incredible service they have provided throughout our home-buying journey.
From our very first screening call, through the mortgage application process, and finally receiving the amazing news that our mortgage offer had been approved, they have both been nothing short of phenomenal.
As first-time buyers, the whole process felt quite daunting at times, but Hayley and Emma consistently went above and beyond to put our minds at ease. They explained things clearly and patiently — even helping us understand aspects that were outside of their normal scope and which our solicitor had not fully explained.
No question was ever too big or too small. Every call and email was answered incredibly quickly, communication was always proactive, and we were constantly kept updated without ever needing to chase for information. They were professional, courteous, patient, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process.
We also had the added complexity of a gifted deposit from overseas, which required additional checks and documentation. Hayley and Emma made what could have been a stressful process feel completely seamless. They even dealt directly with my mum regarding the required documents, and she herself commented on how exceptional their service was — especially after receiving thoughtful emails thanking her for providing the paperwork.
It is genuinely rare these days to receive such an outstanding level of customer service, and both Hayley and Emma exceeded every expectation we had.
We have since also used Jo and Ryan for our insurance arrangements because we were so impressed with the overall service from the mortgage team.
I would wholeheartedly recommend The Mortgage Store to anyone looking for a mortgage broker. The level of professionalism, communication, care, and support we received was simply excellent from start to finish

Paul and James had been thoroughly professional in providing support throughout the mortgage application and completion process. They were very responsive to my queries and made sure I had all the information to make informed choices. Jake Marshall was our mortgage advisor through quite a difficult period of the mortgage application process, and he was an absolute legend.
