Update: October 2022 order sorted out.

Last year October I had placed an order with the 5th. I never received the order, and when I followed up we seemed to just go around in circles (being promised a refund by the end of the week and not receiving it, over and over again) or I wouldn't get any response at all. Recently I was contacted by the 5th advising me that they were under new management and that they would sort this out as soon as possible, at first I was a bit sceptical, however in this past week everything was sorted out. Thank you.

Order is 2 months late and no help

Order is 2 months late and no attempt has been made to respond to any of my emails. They used to be prompt in their product delivery I'm 2019, but now they're absolutely hopeless. Steer clear of this company.

Purchased from the 5th in October 2022 after being a repeat customer from long ago!

Long story short, the 5th did not send the package in a timely manner so I requested a refund.

The order was cancelled but not refunded.

I contacted the 5th numerous times to no avail.

Attempted to resolve through Consumer Protection – the 5th agreed to refund, blatantly lied but never refunded! Consumer Protection worked at a snail’s pace and did not pursue this matter even with the evidence before them!

After all of this, I contacted my bank and organised a card dispute transaction – DO THIS IMMEDIATELY, NO MATTER THE LENGTH OF TIME SINCE PURCHASE.

Received a refund in June 2023.

COMPLETE RIP OFF, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I had been a previous client of the 5th, and I was super satisfied about the buying process and the item received before. So it is in complete confidence that I bought a watch from this website in November 2022. But unfortunately, I realised that I had been lucky the first time as this company turned out to be dishonest.

Shortly after, I realised that I would not be able to use it as planned and requested for the refund (the order was not shipped yet). I got a quick reply saying the order had been canceled and that I would be refunded within TEN BUSINESS DAYS, as well as an automatic order cancellation email.

After this, I had to keep on writing and asking for updates from the company for WEEKS; they kept on saying the funds where coming in the next DAYS, that they had raised the issue with their accounts team... As weeks went by, still no money on my account and they started ignoring my messages completely. To this day, I have never been paid back, and I never got the watch either. COMPLETE RIP OFF, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Should have Checked here first! Don't expect a refund

I've had the same experience as several others - having purchased before and been pleased with products and delivery, I purchased not one, but two of the Mystery Packs in Nov last year. When they eventually arrived (at least I got something) - 4 of the exact same watch, 4 of the exact same sunglasses, and a watch strap thrown in for good measure - you guessed it, same as that on the watches! Emailed and complained, and was offered an exchange. A lot of too-ing and fro-ing, and 'Matilda' was sorting an exchange from their current range for me. After several chase ups, to 'finalise the exchange' I was asked to return the unwanted items together with a receipt for the shipping, as that would be refunded to me as well. Obviously I was too trusting - have signed for delivery but months later still no refund. Feeling rather foolish I got duped - their delaying tactics mean I've missed the timeframe for a chargeback or paypal refund :-( Have lodged a complaint with Consumer Affairs, but after reading these reviews it's highly unlikely anything will come of it. How are they still allowed to trade???

Terrible experience!!!

Terrible experience!!!! I ordered back in November 15, 2023 and they took my payment only to tell me the items I ordered were out of stock! Over the past 4 months I have been trying to get a refund and still nothing. The order online shows canceled and refunded but I haven't received anything. They blame it on their system saying the refund bounced back and offered me credit instead. I stated they can either refund to my card or send me a check and since then I haven't received any response from them. Terrible customer service. Terrible company. Stay away!!!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

I had a terrible experience with The 5th. I ordered a product from them and paid for it, but never received it. When I tried to get in touch with them, I received no response. I have tried to contact them multiple times, but they have not responded to any of my emails or phone calls. It's clear to me that this company is a scam and they have no intention of delivering the product I paid for.

I was forced to cancel my order through my credit card company to get my money back. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that takes your money and doesn't provide the product or service they promised. I would not recommend The 5th to anyone and would give them a 1-star rating if I could. Stay away from this company at all costs.

Worst experience ever

I have ordered watches from 5th more than 3 months ago.They haven’t been delivered. It’s the 3rd month I am struggling to get my money back from them. They don’t reply for weeks on emails, then they finally said they will transfer money during 10 business days but it’s been a month after that and they haven’t transferred anything. The only thing that they reply (if they reply) is that they will check the issue. 3 months the same thing. I haven’t seen any worse client care. In this case it’s just an absence of any care!

My God . This company is a nightmare.

This company customer service is horrible. The quality of its products is even worse. I
purchased a watch online. They used a cheap delivery and it came several weeks late. And once
opened the box it was a broken fake watch. They asked me to take the watch to jewlery to fix it.
I could not beleive it.

Ordered from this store on 28th Dec and still have not received my items. Followed up in mid January and was told they were “closed for the holidays” still no response and no products received.

I wouldn’t recommend purchasing with this brand.
