Lovely harnesses, quick delivery, and supportive customer service.
I ordered two Hike and Go harnesses from The Adorable Pooch. Delivery was quick, and the harnesses are beautiful and of great quality.
After reaching out to customer support with a query about my order, I didn’t receive a response, which was disappointing. However, the company later got in touch, apologised for the lack of communication, and resolved the matter quickly.
I appreciate them taking the time to address the situation and make things right. It’s good to see a company put in the effort to resolve customer concerns and improve the overall experience. Lovely harnesses, quick delivery, and supportive customer service.

I love the adorable pooch harnesses. I now have 6 for my two dogs. The designs are lovely. These harnesses are made to a high standard and last well. The first harness I purchased is 18 months old now and once cleaned still lookes good as new. They also clean up well
