My favorite phone case ever! Really nice high quality case and I love the packaging and quick shipping.

I really liked this iPhone case at first—the leather is nice, and the design is exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, the plastic started coming apart not long after I started using it. I tried to contact the company for a replacement while still within the warranty period, but I’ve received no response at all, despite reaching out three times. Very disappointing customer service. Beware before buying—while it looks great initially, the quality and support don’t hold up.

Ordered a new IPhone 16 Pro case on September 10th, was told on website cases would be delivered by Sept 20th in a text with my order #. Never heard anything else. We are on Oct 15th and still no case. Dont order from this company because they have zero Customer Service capabilities. I have sent at lease 5 email queries to through their website and have heard nothing but crickets.

Best iPhone case I have had. Shipping was very fast and communication was good. The quality of the case is superb and I will be buying all of my cases from now on through affluent.

I recently had an experience with Affluent cellphone cases and felt compelled to share my feedback. My interaction with the company’s customer services department left much to be desired. The lack of professionalism and ineffective communication significantly impact my experiences as a customer.
Overall experience was disappointing and frustrating.
Also their products needs some improvement.
I STRONGLY RECOMMEND DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY.

Bought a 14 pro case from affluent. Super fast shipping, got to me within 3 days of ordering. This is by far the nicest case I have ever purchased. It’s the only case I’ve had that actually makes my iPhone nicer. I am most definitely a customer forever.

i will never buy another product from this company, be aware that if you buy anything you can not return it and your money is gone, i bought a iphone case, case is bad quality and it doesnt cover and protect the phone and now i can not return it to get my money back.

Total rip off - $90 phone case, looks like $9. Non returnable.

bought their Iphone 13 promax case w credit card pockets & finger loop. Beautiful and well- designed but the frame is brittle and broke the first time i dropped it then company fauled to respond to 3 emails

I'll never buy another product from this company again.
No response from customer service. Ridiculously late delivery. Impossible to make an exchange.
They are a scam company.

I placed an order on November 1st & have yet to receive the item (a phone case). I have reached out to Affluent at least 6 times and have received NO reply. So frustrating! Plus, the only way to contact them is via email!

I’m sincerely shocked with how bad is Affluent’s customer service. I’ve never seen this is my life! It’s on the point of being disrespectful with their customers. I put in a order on October 1st on a iphone 13 pro Case Pre-sale. The estimate was to ship in 3 or 4 weeks. Since day 1 I realised I ordered the wrong model, and it takes FOREVER for them to reply to my requests. I had to literally follow up every time. Now, of course, my order hasn’t been delivered after almost 6 weeks and they still never reply to my queries and follow ups. I’m trying to cancel and get a refund, and still no response. I strongly recommend that you don’t buy anything from this brand!!

I ordered a MagSafe Cardholder Wallet from Affluent to attach to my iPhone 13 Pro. The cardholder has barely any magnetic hold, it comes off the phone with the flick of a pinky. It's also too big and encroaches on the phone's camera area, so it doesn't lay flat against the device. It's garbage craft for a $59 wallet. If someone used this wallet and thought they could rely on the MagSafe attachment, they'd probably lose their wallet within a week. And the company offers no returns/refunds. Similarly to the previous reviewer, I didn't read the policy because I don't shop with any other retailers with an all sales final policy that isn't explicitly indicated on the item page or the shopping cart. Really furious with this experience.

I ordered an iPhone 12Pro Max based upon the website’s advertisement for a luxury leather cover with a leather loop on the back for holding the phone. I’ve now written to the company THREE times politely stating the problems with the cover. I will not state my issues b/c this post about customer service.

After three times trying to get an answer to address my concerns and figure out a remedy (I.e. a refund), I STILL have not gotten a single response. I’ve e-mailed twice and used the fill in contact box. I admit that I did not read the return policy (which apparently says no returns) because frankly, what retailer this day and age does not accept return as?? This is an $80 iPhone cover. It is expensive . It does say exchanges are permitted but I do not want another case, so there is nothing of equal cost in which to exchange. (There are some lovely looking keychains and card holders for people who might be interested in those items-I unfortunately have no use for them)

I’m at a loss as to what to do. I just want a response to begin a conversation. Just a response! Thank you.
