No delivery in almost 2 weeks
Ordered on May 29th. Website stated 5 business days delivery to Sweden. Tracking has been stuck in Amsterdam since June 1st and today (June 11th) there is still no progress.
Customer service replies quickly, but I keep receiving the same information without any clear delivery date. Very disappointing experience so far.

Worst customer service
Worst customer service !
I have ordered something on the website, and I made a mistake on the address. I have contacted seconds right after the order to have the address changed, but no one answered me for days. Once they have replied, it was already too late.
Fortunately, the package got returned to the sender and after all my emails they still didn't get back to me to solve my problem.
They have amazing products, but I'm so disappointed we see that the customer service is not as good as it should be.
I have spent more than 50 euros for a beard soap, and I still haven't received it or I have received a solution from the customer service.
I have tried to call them, but the phone number on the website is not functioning. So even there, we have a problem.
I do not recommend this website . Not because of their product but because of their poor customer service.

Customer service super bad!
On the site it said that the order would be delivered the next day. Placed my order around 21:00 so I was doubtful already. Didn't receive the package the next day so I sent them an email saying they have a bug on the website. I also went on vacation 2 days later so next day delivery would have been appreciated. They told me they can't change the website that easily which is just an excuse as I know how the back end works. There was also no sorry, no compensation, just straight up stating things. Customer service shouldn't be that difficult...
