Hello Marek, your review is incredibly misleading and actually has no ounce of truth in it, does it? You called us twice last week telling us that you have loved the car over the past 12 months of ownership but now wanted to upgrade it because you wanted something bigger. As a result you asked us to buy it back from you because we didn’t have anything in stock that you wanted to part exchange with. When asked about the condition of the car you stated it was in the same condition it was sold in and had no problems with it, it was just time for an upgrade. The price we gave you was £890 less than what you paid 12 months ago which took into account the depreciation, increased mileage and also gave us a small margin to remarket the vehicle. You were very offended by this offer, hurled verbal abuse our way, told us it wasn’t fair and said, quote, “watch what I do to your business”. We called you this morning and asked for an explanation but you abruptly hung up the phone and now you won’t answer any attempt we make to call you.
We didn’t expect you to sink so low by writing such a calculated fictitious review. The car we sold you was a Cat D, not a Cat C as you state and we have never once received a phone call from yourself telling us of a fault you have experienced. Can we urge you, IF there is a fault with your car, please bring it back to us as it is still covered by a 12 month comprehensive warranty which we’re happy to extend to 18 months for free. All of our Cat D cars are covered by the same FREE warranty and we stand by them and are happy to offer a FULL REFUND if we cannot repair the vehicle to your satisfaction. Can we also suggest you contact Trading Standards to tell them of this ‘fault’ if you believe we sold you a car which has not been repaired correctly. They have been made aware of the situation and will gladly help in overseeing the matter is dealt with in a fair way – if what you’re saying is true?
If there is a fault with the car, please contact us ASAP so we can fix this for you, for free. However it would appear this review was just an attempt to get back at us for not offering you the money you wanted on the car. ALL our Cat D cars come with 12 Months Warranty on any damaged areas, an Engineers Report, a 12 month MOT, a service and we welcome ALL RAC/AA inspections to confirm the integrity of repairs.
