The A World UK CIC is a non-profit organisation supporting the autistic community across the North of England. The A World UK receives no funding from outside sources, we rely solely on the generous donations of pre-loved items and the money donations from members of the public. The funds raised via the community stores and the text to donate service are used to by The A World UK to provide services to the autistic community and their families. Autism is a lifelong neurodevelopmental condition, we are proud to state that we support individuals of all ages. Unfortunately, far too many support abruptly stops when an individual reaches the age of 25, we understand and recognise that the individual will still require support regardless of their age! Our aim is to help and support the Autistic Community through providing a variety of services, we currently offer funded holidays*, horse-riding sessions, and many more inclusive events which are held throughout the year.

They really understand...
They really understand the autistic experience. The environment created in these special events is welcoming, non judgemental and fun. The process of getting tickets is fair for all eligible. I've never known another company like it!
Great opportunities
The A world are so amazing at giving our sen children experiences that in everyday life they would struggle with, being around other parents and children who struggle with the same things in life as us, makes the experience better. No funny looks, no snide comments, no judgement, its one sen community coming together and enjoying things together. It's heartwarming and can't thank them enough for all they do.
Being part of the A world family has…
Being part of the A world family has meant we have been able to enjoy days out without judgement of others my son has been able to be himself and see others be carefree. The minute he steps into one of your organised events I can feel the weight lift off his shoulders. The calmness of them all is what makes the days so special. We have been extremely lucky to be included in some amazing day outs 💗
The A World giving fun filled memories to families with additional needs kids ❤️
The special events hosted by The A World can be a highlight for any family with additional needs children. I have two kids with additional needs and I always enjoy the special day to Gullivers World with them. There is no judgement all families understand the struggle.
The events arranged by A World is not only fun for children but a relaxed and fun filled family event.
We as a family always look forward to the various events being arranged all through the year. Thank The A World team.
The most amazing charity!
This is the second review I have made about The A world UK in the short time I have known about this charity. The work they do for families with autistic children is beyond amazing and so many parents are grateful for the services they provide. The events they hold are a god send to families who have children with autism. The non judgemental, stress free environment is what helps parents and children enjoy their days out. I work in a SEN school and I never stop recommending The A world to parents. Me and my little boy are forever grateful for this charity.
The A World has supported our family…
The A World has supported our family for a number of years. We have been lucky enough to go Blackpool eliminations, diggerland and gullivers world. Everything is so well organised. Without these days and these events our family's simply wouldn't go to these places in fear of it being too busy and over crowded and then one of our family members could become disregulated. We are unbelievably grateful. Thank you!
The A World UK Gullivers World
We have been to 3 of the Gullivers World events how amazing that you do this it means we can enjoy the theme park as a family my boy absolutely loves it there
last time we got there he walked us all straight through the park onto his fav ride then onto pizza place he remembered where everything was, we love this event thank you The Booths xx

We have been lucky enough to go to the take over at Chester Zoo twice and both times we had the best time as it was so inclusive, accepting and therefore relaxing. We are going to BeWILDerwood soon and we cannot wait. We haven't been able to go previously but can access it now due to The A World UK. Thank you
A world is helping neurodiverse…
A world is helping neurodiverse families be included in activities that are taken for granted by every neurotypical family.
By enabling full takeovers of popular attractions our children get to be included in a non judgemental environment with support from similar situation families.
Thanks to A World we really enjoy our trips out with our family that need a little extra adjustment.

What can I say about the A World Uk
What can I say about the A World Uk? I honestly can’t put it in to words how amazing they are! They have created events where I can
Take my children fear free, judgement free, a place my children can be themselves. I would never have been able to take my children to places like Gulliver's world if it wasn’t for them
Before we found the A world
Before we found the A world, the likes of theme parks was a complete no go for our family. Our 6 year old son is autistic and one of his main triggers is queuing. After some horrendous experiences, we had sworn off any family days out that included lots of people and long queues.
Then we found the A world and have been on several of their takeover days. With less people and shorter queues, the A world has made those days out possible for us and have given us and our family priceless, magical memories that we would otherwise not have had.
We are eternally grateful to the A world, for the amazing work they're doing for autistic children and their families.
Diggerland Yorkshire takeover day
What can I say except it was AMAZING. From the time of booking to the end of the day we knew what to expect... and when the family comprises of children and adults who rely on knowing this was essential.
We weren't only told what time the event was but we were provided a site map so we could plan which rides and what order, and that we would need cash for some additional rides.
We loved the whole experience and definitely recommend

We are so grateful to The A World for organising such brilliant days out! There’s no way we could visit any of the fab locations without their origination. My nephew LOVES rides but cannot queue, so due to the reduced numbers he is able to actually enjoy his days out and access rides and experiences! We look forward to every new event popping up and we can’t thank you enough!
The best!
We’ve had the best experiences with The A World, made some amazing memories and here’s to many more! Thank you so much for making these events possible x
We have been on many take over events…
We have been on many take over events across the last two years with the A world. It's given us a new lease of life and allows us to enjoy family days out without feeling pressure from other families who may now understand our situation.
Everybody we have met have made our experiences the best we could imagine and it's nice to see some friendly faces when we return to events.
You will never truly understand how important you are to so many families far and wide so thank you from the bottom of our hearts on behalf of many greatful families.

It makes such a difference to our family that The A World organise such brilliant events. There inclusive and ensure that children with Autism get to have the same experiences in a safe environment. Thank you The A World 👏👏
Helping make family memories
We recently went to the Diggerland event and had such a good time! It’s not somewhere we would have ventured if it wasn’t a special event as we’d be unsure how our son would cope or how much he’d enjoy the day and our daughter has leukaemia, and is currently immune suppressed while she continues her treatment so we have to avoid really busy places.
Events like this really help us make precious family memories and try new experiences.
We've been to 3 of the a world's events…
We've been to 3 of the a world's events now . Chester zoo, land of lights at gullivers world and recently Diggerland in Yorkshire. Every single one has been amazing and greatly appreciated. Finding days out with an autistic child is difficult but the a world ensure that these events are suitable so lots of fun can be had. All 4 of my children have enjoyed every single one and now we have amazing memories to last a lifetime. Having events like these where it's not busy, overwhelming and carefully planned out is simply incredible. Also knowing you can relax knowing everyone there is part of our sen community so there will be no judgement means we can enjoy every moment. We look forward to attending many more of your events 😀
