Previous review unfair

In my previous review I had written to a wrong e-mail apparently. When I wrote to the right one I got a quick reply that I would be fully refunded.
Which was much appreciated.

So they could get better reviews if they make their contact details easier.
Will most likely order from them again.

Avoid Beatles.com like the plague

Some months ago, I ordered the Beatles Anthology full box set in both LP and CD. I only ordered it from this shower because other versions contained less. They were released last Friday, 21/11/25 and available in the shops then but no sign of my order, over £400 worth. Contacting them didn't produce any useful information so I pushed and now they are saying my order will be despatched in 3 - 5 days if that is believable so I shall be lucky if I receive it even a week after its general release. This is clearly one of those companies who couldn't care less about their customers once they have their money. I shall never use them again and I strongly advise anyone else from doing so either. Whoever is in charge of this UK fiasco should resign or be sacked. They are utterly incompetent. Given the poor quality of the recent Beatles Mono LPs where I had to wait ages for a replacement, it wouldn't surprise me if the same problem occurred again. This is the worst mail order company I have ever dealt with. Those at the very top clearly know what is going on but can't be bothered to do anything about it. They are just as bad as those who can't run the UK operation competently. Did they know that this would happen when they were taking orders? If so, then that is deception. I doubt if any of them will bother reading this anyway which just about sums them up.

Hoodie has not arrived after a month

I preordered a Revolver hoodie with an expected shipping date of October 31st. Over a month later, I still do not have an update on the order. I have reached out 4 times now, and I continue to receive automated responses and no real answers as to where my package is.
