Couldn't fault them

The whole experience of ordering and receiving our rings was incredibly straightforward. We had a ring sizer posted out to us very promptly and after we confirmed our sizes, we received our rings very quickly. Communication was great throughout and our rings are exactly what we wanted, at a much better price than anywhere else.

Once order placed, the Beautiful Company quietly and efficiently produced the goods within the period they had allotted.

I ordered two platinum "Flat Court Chamfered Edge" wedding rings and the process of ordering and rechecking our sizes, with the sizer sent, was very straightforward. I was contacted shortly after the order by telephone to clarify some points about the finish which I found really useful and gave me an idea that I really liked but hadn't thought of (matt centre with polished edges).

We ordered engraved fingerprints and had some difficulty with this the first time round, but were quickly sent a new kit and everything went smoothly thereafter.

The final product arrived and we are delighted with them. I was overall extremely pleased with the purchase, both the rings themselves and the service.

I'd been having issues with my wedding ring constantly breaking that I had bought from another company. I decided to get a new one from somewhere else and after searching I found The Beautiful Company and I'm so glad I did.

Exactly what I wanted. I looked at a lot of different online retailers for my wedding ring and even bought a silver ring from a jewellers as other in store options were simply too expensive. I was not happy with my purchase so I went back online. The 4mm light court palladium ring I purchased from The Beautiful Company was exactly what I was looking for and the price was great. I bought a replacement wedding band with engraving. It is perfect and the engraving is just as expected. I originally bought my wedding ring online, but this purchase was a new company for me so I was a little uncertain how it would pan out. Luckily, this company provide a great service, and were even able to amend my engraving when I requested a correction I needed to make. The product was very competitively priced and I would not hesitate to shop here again. Thank you!

Fantastic service, my wife's white gold wedding ring was awesome.

The ring fits perfectly but the two green birthstones in the band are tiny and can hardly be seen. I paid extra for them and the fact that they're so tiny an barely visible is disappointing. I've used BC before and had had a good experience.
