Poor customer service. Sent a query asking whether they were able to provide custom slats, no worries if not. Rude response telling me my measurements didn’t sound right. Sent a photo and no reply.

Needed 4 slats for a much loved folding bed after my daughter broke two slats by accident. The bed slats company were excellent. Quick response and I received the correct size slats in a day!! Very efficient service .

Brilliant Company. - needed 48 slats and fixings of a particular size and had them the following day at a very reasonable price and free delivery. Highly recommend!

A big thank you to Sandy and the team at The Bedslats Company. We had been let down by ‘Dusk’ supplying a bed with no slats and then being unresponsive - luckily I spoke to Sandy who helped me with identifying the correct slats I needed. He sent a couple of samples to check I’d correctly measured them (I hadn’t) and then promptly completed the whole order with the right sized slats. In each case the slats were sent next day delivery, securely wrapped and are very good quality.

What’s equally impressive is this was all in the lead up to Xmas - a time when everyone is rushed of their feet.

Sandy was soo helpful both in my first order and then returning some of it due to my idiocy measuring (less haste more speed).
Really knowledgeable and helpful, amazing quality slats (I got the top quality ones) feel like I have done my great grandmothers bed proud.
It was complicated adapting a very old bed but they had all the parts needed to adapt it to 21st century- I got rid of the medieval torture style box frame mattress so I needed something for the actual mattress to sit on. All deliveries were extremely prompt and well informed. Excellent paperwork and notifications

Ordered a set of premium alder 15 slat webbed slats to replace my sagging sprung beech slats, vast improvement, they cut to size, so can accommodate your bed, delivery was very quick too, ordered on 11th, received on 14th, great service, will use again.

I bought a replacement part from this company on eBay.

The part didn't fit, which is entirely my fault as I didn't read the item description.

They called me and recommended another part. They also agreed to a return even though I'm at fault.

I brought over an American wooden bed frame with out the box spring. Out of desperation & without much research into the world of bed slats, I found this wonderful company on a google search. I bought the product, and then asked a couple questions. I had an immediate reply that led to more questions. He then asked for photos and suggested solutions. He even called me still concerned that the bed frame would need more support long-term without a centre rail. He went out of his way for customer service that I didn’t know I needed. Truly grateful! I haven’t even received the product, but after reading all these reviews, I know it’s going to be great quality.

Ordered custom length beech bed slats and they were delivered 48 hours later. Fit perfectly and better quality than those supplied with the bed. A great experience. Highly recommended.

Having experienced excellent customer service it is no surprise that they get repeated 5 star reviews. When i decided to instll bed slats i did not know what was available, the big companys not offering telephone advice. When you phone it is answered by Reg who is very helpfull and knows his buisiness inside out.High quality product with price including delivery.

Product arrived on time (2 days after ordering), well packaged. Chose the pine slats which were much better quality than the original ones provided with the bed. Communication from Sandy, sales team, was clear and reassuring. Definitely recommend to others.

I have been extremely happy with my order from the bed slats company from start to finish. I ordered the 6ft super king bed slats to replace the ones that came with the bed. I must say they are of much better quality than the ones provided with the bed. I ordered them Wednesday night and they arrived Friday morning. I put them on straight away and was very happy. They were easy to put on I was done in 10 minutes. I cannot thank you enough it saved me a lot of money replacing the whole bed. I think the negative review of the smell of the wood is a little ridiculous there’s nothing they can do about that and it’s a nice smell. Thanks again would definitely use you again and would definitely recommend.

Had a few issues with delivery that made my order late but that was NOT the fault of The Bedslats Company at all, it was Parcelforce. Excellent communication with "Sandy", the Sales Director who had no problem with responding to my emails well into the evening, long after most would have packed up for the night. The replacement slats were exactly as promised and did the repair. The main thing I took from this was their excellent response to a problem that wasn't even of their doing (the delivery) and the lengths they went to to resolve it, that level of service is unfortunately rare nowadays. I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to anyone.

I ordered 4 replacement bed slats complete with the plastic holders at 14.30
And they arrived at 10.00 the next morning.They were all cut to the exact size I asked for.What a fantastic service.

Absoluetly brilliant. I ordered 26 and they sent me a extra one as a spare free. Very fast delivery and quality materials. Im very impressed with these.

I have no idea how they are doing it, because I am sure personally, just like all of us, they are (… as a company and as an employee) facing an uncertain times.
… but they are listening their customers, they are answering the emails with relevant information, they are taking phone calls (… and you do not have to wait ages), or / and even they are calling you back.
Thanks to them, I was able to refurbish a Jay-Be Small Double Folding Bed, changing the slats (… they were cut buy requested size) and slats holder on it. Probably it sounds silly but I am really proud of this achievement, what I could tick on my Bucket List. Thanks to them.

Ordered several slats to replace a broken bed on Wednesday afternoon. They needed to be trimmed to size due to an awkward sized bed, yet they arrived customised by 8am Thursday morning. Fit like a dream and are great quality.
