Hi Elizabeth, I am really sorry you are disappointed but why didn't you contact us? The ring isn't flimsy, its flexible, or it wouldn't adjust to fit (as clearly stated on our website) However, if customers have an issue we expect them to contact us, so we can put forward a resolution. Giving a small business a 1 star review without any contact is just not fair, and the reason why small businesses are closing every day. Please think before you review, contact the company and tell them your issue, that's what I do!

Lasted less than 2 hours
Ordering was easy delivery was a bit slow but that’s Royal Mail for you! My real disappointment is with the fact that I filled the charm with my mums ashes screwed the lid on checked it was tight twice yet it lasted less than 2 hours before I looked in the mirror and it had come undone and was lost 😓 so ok a waste of £30 but now my mums ashes are lost

Debbie I am really very sorry this has happened, we have sold lots of these without any issues and feedback has been very good. I really cant understand how this has come undone, they screw on very tightly and have a bung, was the bung in place? I do wish you had contacted us first to discuss your experience, I do appreciate your disappointment about this but you didn't give us the opportunity to make amends. Apologies again.
