We used Big Smoke Events for our summer party activity - a scavenger hunt around the Southbank area. From initial contact to the debrief presentation Big Smoke Events (namely Fran and Holly) were amazing. It was very low touch and easy from our side yet felt personalised to our company. Everyone had such a great afternoon and had a lot of laughs along the way. 100% recommend for a fun team building activity.

I look after a team of 30+ creative individuals and I knew that finding a London-based 'teambuilding' event without sighs of apprehension or dread was going to be a challenge! But, I knew I wanted something a bit quirky and fun that would generate memories and create friendships within the team - rather than something corporate, run of the mill and dull that would be seen as a tick in the box for getting the team together.

I researched options for a while, but Big Smoke caught my eye principally because of the photos on their site which showed the nature of the challenges - I thought it looked perfect because everyone looked like they were having a blast!

The afternoon itself couldn't have gone better - we had 6 teams comprising 5/6 people in each and were set a list of challenges - falling into a few categories (taking photos, video and collecting things). Honestly, I can't remember the last time I had so much fun with the team and my ribs were aching from laughing by the time we finished. Our feet were aching a bit too from all the running around, but given that we sit at desks all day it was so nice to be out in the fresh air!

At the end, Fran (who was lovely and a great host) along with her colleague organised all the 'media' from the afternoon and presented it back to us on a large screen - laughter and hilarity ensued throughout when the teams saw what the other teams came up with for the challenges through images and video clips!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Big Smoke - Fran is a joy to deal with and I'm hoping there might be opportunities for us to work together again in the future. It's a format that just simply works. It's also very good value.

This is a truly fantastic experience. I have the task of finding fun, unusual things to do on a regular basis for the sales team I work with. Having held over 10 events of this nature, I can honestly say that the London Scavenger Hunt is right up there with one of the best we've done! It gets everyone excited and focussed, bringing people together and having fun.

When the hunt has finished, you are shown a presentation which has all the pics and videos from the other teams as well as your own (so much fun!) before the winner is announced...
