Great price, quick build and great delivery!
Great price, quick build and great delivery! What more can you want?? I bought a Dual Sport 3 Equipped mid step in a Medium frame, usually £1,100, was £830 including delivery to my house fully built and ready to ride! Communication on progress and delivery of order was fantastic- very happy!

Specialised Aethos 2 Carbon Road Bike
Very pleased with the Bike although I had to knock one star off as the supposedly "White Glove Delivery" appeared to be just a standard courier so had to sign for it before making adjustments myself in order to ride it.

Great Purchase Experience
The was a really good experience. Was able to call and discuss the bike I was interested in ahead of my purchase. I elected to pay a little more and have the bike arrive assemble, delivered by Bike Service UK. I would definitely recommend this retailer.

Great price and quick delivery.
Was shopping around for a specific lid, found it here right size, right colour and at the cheapest price I could find! It was dispatched very quickly and with it being tracked too made the whole experience amazing!!

Top service
Recently purchased 2 e-bikes from here (different days) and cannot fault the service received (shout out to Rich). Price matched both times, bikes set up, and with mine Rich delivered it to me the next day, which was really helpful, as otherwise couldn't collect it quickly. Really helpful and knowledgeable staff and wasn't pushed to purchase. Good selection of stock.

Fantastic company to deal with
Fantastic company to deal with. I purchased my bike online and The Bike Factory assembled it and shipped it very safely and securely. All I had to do was fix the handlebars and pedals. Really great communication and instructions. Would recommend. Thank you.

Poor customer service
The price of the bike was a bit cheaper which was good. But it was a nightmare to get delivered and the company themselves were hard to get hold of for support. I spent hours dealing with parcel force on the phone.

Great bike but poor service
I tried to email you to arrange delivery on one of two days. Not sure the email reached you as next thing I heard was that delivery would be that day… two days before hoped for. When we rode the bike the hub gear was misaligned and missed two gears and would not engage first. I made the simple fix myself but this should not have been necessary coming straight from the factory. Otherwise delighted with the bike.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Bike Factory. My bike delivery was mishandled twice — both times they used the same courier, which returned the parcel without my consent. Despite the issue happening once already, no effort was made to fix the process or choose a more reliable delivery option.
Communication was poor, and I was left waiting with no resolution. This caused unnecessary delays and frustration.
Overall, the service was unprofessional and careless. I would not recommend Bike Factory based on my experience.

Thanks for taking the time to leave your review, I'm sorry to hear you've had a disappointing experience with Parcel Force.
I can see from your emails to the store and from your customer account notes that once Parcel Force returned your bike we were due to ship your bike out with Fed Ex, your bike was returned today so this would have been booked on with Fed Ex, unfortunately you cancelled the order this morning.
Once we book you bike/parcel with the couriers we are at their mercy until delivery has been made or rejected.
On the two occasions we have shipped your bike, for whatever reason this has been refused, rejected and returned to ourselves, we are still charged for this process, and as stated in our email to you this morning it's as highly frustrating for us too.
Apologises this hasn't worked out on this occasion,
