Denied access - no refund
Turned up at the correct time to be told there was no access, due to adverse weather conditions. Since we were leaving Blackpool the day after, I asked for a refund. I was told there is a no refund policy and referred to the terms and conditions. The ticket remained valid for a year and we could re-schedule. I'm not prepared to bear the cost of returning only to risk the same rebuff. The management need to rethink their customer satisfaction strategy. I suggest anyone planning to book the "Tower Experience" gets a weather forecast before throwing their money away.
