I am a maker of greetings cards, needle-felted wool landscape pictures and felted jewellery. I've had my business for 3 years now. I have been up and running selling with the fabulous British Craft House for a little over a week and have had 11 orders, 28 items sold and taken over £100 in sales. Considering these are all greetings cards I'm extremely pleased with this! The owner is very hands on, even at a personal level, encourages a very open and supportive community amongst the sellers and for sure puts the graft in to advertise and generate awareness of the site and of individual sellers. And is very discerning at who can join and how the website looks to ensure top quality products are sold there. If I could give it more stars I would.

I really enjoy looking through this site, it's so easy, and the sellers I've dealt with are so helpful and even pointed me in the direction of another seller in one case! There seems to be a lot of camaraderie among them, a lovely thing to see. Good quality products across the site, nothing tacky or bought in. I'll be back!

I’ve been selling on TBCH since they opened in November, it’s a brilliant site, really easy to upload products, the owner Dottie is incredibly supportive. There’s a fantastic Facebook group where we all support each other, questions are answered almost instantly, and nothing is too much trouble!
My products have been pulled through in ads on google, Facebook and Instagram, and I’ve been featured in two magazine articles already as a direct result of TBCH. For £10 a month...that’s fantastic value for money!

As a seller I can recommend The British Craft House (TBCH) highly. We are all vetted before we are accepted to sell on there, and the standards are high, which means that it is full of lovely items. Dottie who runs the site is incredibly helpful and informative. Sellers get regular emails helping them improve their shops and Dottie answers any emailed queries extremely quickly. There is a wonderful private Facebook page for sellers where everyone is so supportive of each other as well as the outward facing pages for everyone. Dottie is clearly investing huge amounts of time and money into promoting and polishing the site. The site isn't the easiest to use when getting started on listing your wares but all the help you need is available and it is clear that the little creases are all getting ironed out over time. If you are a UK crafter (it's exclusive to UK makers), it's a platform well worth trying. And if you are not ready to try yet then keep an eye on TBCH as it has all the hallmarks of being a future competitor to the big guys.

A beautifully presented site full of British made crafts. As a seller this is a wonderful place to be, with a friendly community of sellers all helping to generate sales for one another. An amazing welcoming site which will help you all the way, any questions are answered so quickly you feel like you are in the same office. I haven’t personal purchased yet but there are so many lovely items l’m sure it won’t be long.

This site is going from strength to strength. It's fabulous as a selling platform with the best support you could imagine. It's beautifully presented, easy to navigate and filled with wonderful handmade items to tempt you. Could not recommend more highly.

Brilliant UK artisan and handmade seller platform with the most wonderful support from it's founder, Dottie, and an incredibly supportive group of crafters. We enjoy regular group sales promotions across all other platforms including paid advertising. I'm so glad I joined, I've had so many sales in just the two months I've been listing and it's great to be part of a wonderful growing team of UK based artisans.

As a seller I can honestly say that this is the most friendly online selling environment I have come across. As a buyer, it is full of the most amazing handcrafted items, from seriously talented crafts people and artists. This will be my go to buying place from now on!

A great place for gift ideas. All handmade and high quality. Unlike other selling platforms where you can trawl through 'bought in' tatt. To find that quality item and support a small business so easily, is a refreshing change.

Just love TBCH both as as seller but as a buyer too. So many unique and wonderful things all handmade by artisans her in Britain.The quality and range of products is amazing and the website itself is easy to use and is lovely to navigate.

The British Craft House is a refreshing change to other craft websites. All the artisans are British and incredibly talented with their products being both unique and beautiful. I have both bought and sold on TBCH and it is now the first place I think of going to when needing a gift. I cannot recommend this fabulous new website enough both as a seller and a buyer. As a seller, the support you receive is priceless and as a buyer, the service you receive is fantastic!

8 weeks on and I have made double the amount of sales on TBCH when compared to the other platforms I sell on (at this stage of my opening a shop) Sublime support from the creator and team. My work is promoted by the site and fellow sellers.....a creative and caring community. Any emails to the site are replied to and guidance provided so incredibly quickly.
I have purchased from the site and found it smooth and incredibly easy to navigate....the items I bought were beautiful. I feel VERY proud and so excited to be part of TBCH. I have and will continue to encourage sellers to apply and buyers to visit....and inevitably buy.

The British Craft House is a wonderful platform with a huge array of gorgeous, handmade creations to suit everyone from makers all around the UK. The choice you see is amazing and the sellers are very friendly with excellent customer service. I have been so happy with my purchases.
