Tom Collins at the Exeter branch resolved a manufacturing fault on a 4 year old pair of shoes. The fault could not be rectified so Tom managed to replace them with a brand new pair. Never received that level of customer service anywhere else. 10 stars to Tom

Very average, had the main course mussel and chips, had a feeling it was over cooked and over heated in a microwave, sauce tasted odd, as too the bread served with the mussels, some mussels cremated,some ok, bit worrying guys as you are serving shell fish. Felt there was no pride in what they were dishing up 🤔

I had brought in a 15-year-old pair of brogues that I was on the verge of discarding, convinced they were beyond repair. Alex took one look at them and assured me they could be revived. This is the best Mens Shoe Shop in the United Kingdom. We walked down Morgan Arcade and found this gem of a shop. Nothing was too much trouble for Steve and John. We went out with the most wonderful luxury shoes. When we need mens shoes we will be going back to Cardiff that's for sure.

Stumbled upon the elegant shoe store yesterday the fine design and stock of luxury shoes in store was very impressive. However as I was out I needed some gloves to match my outfit and already wearing Loeke shoes I wanted gloves of the same colour or as close as possible, the service I received was absolutely first class, I would highlight recommend Brogue trader thank you I will most definitely be returning. 5*+

After searching online and sometimes in store, what a relief to find a shoe shop that actually cares about you as a customer. The experience was incredible and the staff a pleasure to deal with. I had my experience at the Edinburgh shop were the manager introduced himself and offered refreshments. This is something you don’t often see. Got the Chelsea boots I desired and left elated! Just wish other shops could follow with this amazing service. Thank you!

Visited Brogue Trader in Exeter. And wow what a fantastic shopping experience. The staff were very friendly, helpful, professional and entertaining. I came away with an amazing pair of boots and a beaming smile. My partner and I was also given a drink whilst trying on the boots. I now have a loyalty card as I will 100% shop there again...

The best shoe shop in Oxford bar none. The shop sells
an extensive range of Loake's shoes, leather goods and accessories, backed by fantastically knowledgeable and helpful staff.

The service is second-to-none. You can enjoy a cup of tea or coffee (or something a little stronger) whilst you undertake a fitting. I was recently looking for a new pair of shoes for a wedding. The staff took their time and were able to help me find a style and colour to match my suit. I cannot recommend the store or the staff highly enough.
