Purchased 3 75x75 cm canvases. Very easy to upload photos and choose how borders should be treated.
Warned that resolution mat be too low but canvases turned out well for my purpose. Supplied very quickly. Great service.

Change the courier company!!
I never received my order as the courier lost it. After much toing and froing with "customer service" I got a refund. My suggestion to Canvas Factory is to not use Couriers Please. This is not the first time they have lost an order of mine.

Good Product - recommend
Process was a little slow on the checking and I didn't like the use of AI it was too obvious and actually changed the branding on a guitar! The quality of the products was good and the packaging excellent and the speed of delivery very good, just made it in time!!

I was looked after really well when I had an issue with my canvas .the canvas was redone and sent out again. However the issue wasn't completely fixed with 2nd canvas print. Canvas wasn't stretched tight enough over the frame. I think the problem is caused because the length of frame is 1 2 metres abd there is no cross bar on frame to add strength.

The canvas arrived in good time but was loose or saggy on the frame. I reported this through email. Canvas factory asked for photos for proof which I provided . I also provided my mobile phone number. I received an email reply asking for more photos or a video. Now I was getting frustrated. This was the 7th product I have ordered from the company and have never complained before. Why aren't they calling me? Much easier to talk than email. Had to place a ruler across the print to prove how saggy the canvas was. They have agreed to reprint and try again. But why the disbelief and burden of proof on me? Why no phone call? So not happy.

We certainly don’t want you to feel that we didn’t believe you or that you were being made to prove that there was an issue. The photos and video were requested so our Production team could properly assess the problem and determine the appropriate resolution, but I appreciate that having to provide multiple photos, including one with a ruler, was frustrating—particularly as you have ordered from us previously without any issues.
I also understand your point regarding the phone call. While we generally handle these matters via email so that we have photos and documentation of the issue for our Production team, I appreciate that speaking with someone directly would have made the process much easier and less frustrating for you.
We have agreed to reprint the canvas and will make sure the issue is addressed before it is sent out. We sincerely appreciate your continued support as a returning customer, and we’re sorry that this particular order has fallen short of the experience you have previously had with us.

Still haven't received an update on when I will be getting my product. I ordered and paid in full 1 month ago. I received an email advising they would have frames back in stock in about 10days from order date - I had to follow them up for an update and just got told "we'll let you know". I am extremely disappointed and frustrated, particularly in the lack of communication.
