Apparently the company is dissolved so it shows Gov.UK yet they still cash in.

DO NOT ORDER.

Ordered 13th October 2025.
Order still not received as of 30th December 2025, although I have chased this several times and been assured this would be sent.
I have requested a refund twice, and again today but yet to be sent a refund or products.
I understand people get ill, but if you cannot honour orders, refund them and stop accepting orders on your website!!

Still waiting for order

Order placed over 2 weeks ago, no confirmation of posting yet, no reply to emails. Had no problems up until earlier this year when an order took several weeks to arrive. Steve replied eventually saying he had been ill and the order was sent. I understand that circumstances can get in the way of smooth operations; however, a business has an obligation to honour an order once money has been taken, and any issues should be communicated to the customer. I will be pursuing a refund this week.

Bad faith (crook)

Had a friend with a bad back. Made a few orders which went okay, then they started getting further and further apart. The last order, he just took the money and ran. This 'businessman' is slack, acts in bad faith and is tantamount to a petty crook.

The first two times I ordered it was…

The first two times I ordered it was very slow. Did arrive eventually.

My third order waiting for weeks now, No reply to any emails. The dude who runs this does not give a s**t. It's not an outright scam but the competence levels of the site owner are so low it may as well be.

I had to make a charge back on my card so he will be getting a bank fee now. Congratulations.

Ordered a product on the 12th October…

Ordered a product on the 12th October was sent tracking info which was incorrect, 3 times previously played orders product has never arrived as stated, communication mostly slow or no response, various excuses made by the cbd centre, place was robbed, I'll etc etc, I would totally avoid ordering from thus company.

!!!AVOID!!!

Order placed on the 29th August, payment taken 1st September. Chased and chased for tracking. Eventually got a tracking number on 10th September. Online tracking showed the parcel hadn't been received by the courier. Steve said the package was lost by the courier and he'd send a replacement straight away. Chased and chased. Finally received a package. The package had the same tracking number as I was given previously. It had been printed 8 days earlier, which suggests the tracking was generated, but the package was never posted. Then half the order was wrong! Chased and chased and chased. Steve asked for pictures, which I sent immediately on 24th September. He finally agreed that it was wrong and offered a replacement. That was 26th September. Chased and chased and chased. Steve advised on 6th October he'd been very ill, but would send out a replacement immediately. I'm still waiting and am not getting responses any more. This has been a terrible experience. I'd advise avoiding ordering from here and going to a more reliable business.

Non existent customer service

I bought several times to them and apart of having delivery problems half of the orders that I placed, this last time I ordered more than a week ago, paid for the 24h tracking delivery (and says on the email confirmation to allow 2 working days to be dispatched) after 3 days my order wasn’t even dispatched, today still pending, I wrote several emails and a private message on instagram and no one had the decency of getting back to me. This is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting behaviour from a supposedly good and well known company. I won’t recommend to buy here at all. I will wait for my full refund and for compensation as a bare minimum. Non existent customer service, this is awful

Not a scam.

I previously I said thecbdcenter was a scam it isn't
My order did arrive. Everything is good. I'm not giving 5 stars as the communication from the seller isn't great.

Vape not sent/received

Placed an order on 17th July. One part of the order received but the Vape has not arrived. When I emailed to say only part of my order was sent they said the supplier would post directly to me. 2 weeks later and still nothing in the post. I have emailed to ask what’s happening and no response received and no refund offered.

It’s been over 2 weeks since I placed…

It’s been over 2 weeks since I placed my order and it hasn’t been dispatched. I have emailed them twice and no reply at all. It used to be a nice place to order, good stuff and fairly priced, but it has gone downhill very quickly over the last few months.

Stay away!

I placed an order almost 2 weeks ago royal mail are saying they've been told its been dispatched my the sender that was over a week ago and they still haven't received it. I emailed them 3 days ago and have received no response. Its a shame as have ordered from these people in the past with no issues but something has clearly gone wrong here would advise any prospective customers to use another provider.

I am pleased to say I have now had my delivery and the CbD centre were great in sorting this for me!

Do not buy, scan

I ordered on the 20th of January was told it would be shipped in 2 working days, I hadn't received my order a week later so emailed them which they didn't reply to so over the next few weeks I sent multiple emails they didn't reply until the 12th of February and said my order would be shipped the following day, I never received confirmation of this nor my order I have sent multiple emails since all ignored, the order tabs on my account now states my order as canceled yet I haven't received a refund, I'm not sure if the positive reviews are legit because from my perspective this is a scam website and I have been scammed, do not buy unless you never want to receive your order and have all your emails ignored

Please give companies time to respond as a few hours is not long enough especially when we have been busy, I responded the same day and it would have been easily resolved.
