I have 6 donut stretcher. (24*40*50mm)
On the last one (7th), there is a gap because of too much trimming. When closed, on one side there is a difference of 1mm between the top/bottom side.
It actually hurts.
There is no quality control especially for International shipment. Customer Service just say you do things wrongs without recognizing it.
Personally, I won't order again. They took international customer for s**t.
You are warned.

Don’t even think of buying from this…
Don’t even think of buying from this company. They will take your money and you will wait months on end to find out what’s going on with your order. Customer service is shocking and you’re lucky if you get any response from them. I think all reviews on their website is false !

Rusting jewelry
Quality of their custom rings are terrible, will rust out even tho it's supposed to be in stainless steel. Tried to feed a bunch of crap about how the acidity of my body fluids caused the rusting on the piercing jewelry.
Won't do nothing about it because it has been more than a year since I bought it.
Order at your own risk.

Very bad customer service…
Unfortunately a very bad customer service.
They sent me the wrong product and then refuse to replace it with the correct product or to offer a full fund.
Their offer of a 10% credit toward another purchase showed no care or interest
