Where to start about how helpful these are and how good the furniture is. We have had from them before, but this time there was a difficulty, in that we now live in France.
Nathan was amazing start to finish, sent swatches, brochures, and answered literally dozens of questions. He even recommended what colour to get as the one we saw online was discontinued.
They the organised transport to a storage company in Portsmouth (Big Yellow, also very helpful) so my husband could pick it up without the trek to Manchester. Got it home and unpacked it, its gorgeous, we love it. And so comfortable. Thank you so much.

I am delighted with my sofa (and not "bed" as in the delivery email from The Chesterfield Company). I bought a sale sofa (unseen and from their website) which obviously had been used in their showroom and as their photos suggested there are a couple of marks which are not too noticeable. I did expect it to have been cleaned and all the biscuit crumbs, nuts, sweet rappers, medication foils and lost tablets to have been hoovered out of between the seat and the backrest.
I have photographic proof if the if the company are interested.
It won't stop me buying again and the delivery guys were amazing when the wrong sofa was unpacked; mine was on their truck but the addresses had been mixed up.
It was no trouble at all for them to repackage and bring in the correct one.

Just received the sofas for the Sgt’s Mess from The Chesterfield Company and we’re really pleased with them. We ordered 4 x four-seaters, 2 x two-seaters and 2 x armchairs and they look fantastic in the mess. The antique red colour is beautiful and they’re really comfortable too.

The whole process was easy from start to finish, the company were great to deal with and delivery went smoothly with no issues.

Special mention to Nathan who was particularly helpful throughout. Would definitely recommend.

Having taken our time - we are so pleased with our new sofa and the quality I can do nothing but rate the company as fantastic.

The sofa, whilst new, feels as if we’ve had it forever. The leather is so soft and comfortable but copes happily with our cockerpoo jumping on and off.

The colour is perfect and the shape fits perfectly for our home.

The choosing was easy and we loved being able to get leather samples to finalise our choice. The timeline was spot on and the delivery in the time that suited us.

Beautiful sofas and excellent service. Considerably less than a competitor, but chose this company as the swatches from both were identical. In fact have ordered a chair and footstool to match as like them so much! I chose claridge sofas in antique red leather and they match my old house so well! Delivery was spot on too despite the distance (I am in Devon)

We ordered 2 chesterfield sofas that roughly took 6 weeks to build and delivered. The delivery lads Luke and Richard were on time and very pleasant , helpful and made the whole experience quick and straightforward. I Would definitely recommend the Chesterfield Company to anyone who is considering buying a chesterfield sofa .

I cannot recommend The Chesterfield Sofa Company highly enough. My experience was seamless from the very beginning. It started with ordering fabric samples, which helped me choose the perfect sofas for my home, and the team was incredibly helpful when it came to adding on additional extras to customize my order.
What really stood out was the attention to detail—after I placed my order, they sent out an additional fabric sample just to ensure it was exactly what I wanted before production began. I was kept informed throughout the entire handmade process, so I always knew exactly what stage my sofas were at.
Now that they have arrived, I can say the sofas are extremely well crafted and are exactly what I wanted. The quality is evident in every detail.
The delivery was just as impressive; I was able to select a date that suited me, and the delivery team was fantastic, carrying the sofas exactly where I wanted them. A truly professional and personal service!

Absolutely over the moon with the all round service. The chesterfield suite is top quality even better than what we were expecting. It arrived early so we got it in time for Christmas which is great. The delivery men were so professional and lovely, good communication about arrival time. They Set everything up and left no mess. Would recommend The chesterfield company 100% thank you.

The process from start to finish was very smooth. Ordering was straight forward and the choice of materials clear. At various points when I phoned for updates, it was clear what stage things were at. There was a minor issue with delivery which was resolved very quickly and the staff were very helpful and responsive. We are very pleased with our new sofa in antique green leather and it fits perfectly in the room adding huge character to the room. Thank you to all the team involved.
