Disappointing quality
Sadly the quality has gone downhill. I have two chairs from years ago which are still in perfect condition. I ordered a new item and wish I had not bothered. My 20 year old G-plan leather suite is in far better condition than what arrived from Chesterfield. Funnily enough when talking to my colleague about this they had heard the same from a friend. The quality used to be so much better and we have the older chairs to prove it and use as a comparison. What a shame. Update - had an independent review from a very reputable investigator following a request from our card company, report confirms the chair is poorly made and templated incorrectly- hence the issues with the seam!. Thankfully we have had excellent service from our card issuer. My advice to any one having issues with this company is to engage your card issuer immediately.

We are very happy with our Nevada leather dining chairs. Good quality Leather.
We ordered them to ensure delivery for Christmas. They arrived on the 20th December. Both The Chesterfield Company (Nathan) & Empire Delivery Ltd worked to make sure we had them as agreed, responding to telephone calls & emails, promptly. A huge thank you to both companies for doing this.

Very pleased with all aspects
Ordered our Chesterfield one day before the promised before Christmas date and it arrived Christmas eve, perfect! The delivery guys were great, nothing too much trouble and took all the rubbish away.
We had previously ordered samples which arrived quickly together with a brochure. We are extremely happy with our new Chesterfield, a Woodford in Crystal hazel leather, its a lovely piece of furniture.

Came across this company when searching for a leather sofa, ordered some free samples and they arrived within a couple of days. Love the nubuck range and looking at the feedback from other customers the quality and craftsmanship seems very positive. Will give their showroom a view before ordering, always good to see the sofas in person and try them out. So far they seem really good to deal with.

Trip to Manchester
After ordering a samples of fabrics we decided to visit the showroom. We viewed the sofa we like and checked how comfortable it was . Nathan helped with any questions and showed us different styles, feet and fabrics . We were so impressed we inquired about a bed and will be returning once extension is completed to order .

Wanted to replace our worn out dining…
Wanted to replace our worn out dining chairs. Ordered samples from the Chesterfield and they arrived pretty much next day with no fuss. Also a well made quality product brochure.
Unfortunately, the samples we ordered didn't suit our taste so ordered some more samples. Again, arrived with no problems or fuss. We decided on a sample we both liked and will definitely be putting an order in for 4 dining chairs in April.
Nothing but praise for the Chesterfield company so far. Customer service has been well and truly exceptional. And can't wait to place our order .
