DO NOT buy from this shop
Brought a dress from there on December 26th it didn’t fit so my niece so I returned it on jan 3rd signed for and nothing! No refund as stated no email explaining what’s happened, I’ve tried to call them email them endless amount of times! Absolutely disgusting that they take your money and don’t even have the decency to reply to your messages, so now I’m £100 out of pocket and will be telling everyone not to buy from these con merchants!

Returned items December 18th signed for. Told on phone 21st it was received and finance dept were now on holiday so would be start of January before I would get refund. Emailed 8th January, got reply...told it was the 14th before finance back(they did try the cant find your account) ....still no refund, not answering emails, calls and now find out from another shop on street that this shop disappeared over night mid January!!

I returned one item which was signed for on 8 January. I've sent numerous emails, phoned at least 10 times, left messages and sent an enquiry through on the contact form. I've still had no response and still no refund yet!!

Absolutley beautiful clothing! I bought a dress from here for my newborns photos last time I was pregnant, and loved it so much that I came back again to buy a dress this time around for my baby due in January. Excellent quality and I've had so many compliments on the dresses.. Sizing for Mayoral branded clothing can be on the smaller side but I just buy a size up. Delivery is fast and service is good. Would (and already have!) 100% recommend The Childrens Carousel!
